I really enjoyed getting back into The Suffering recently. It was a cool little horror title that focused primarily on cheap scares, high octane action and a cool story mostly involving the setting. Which made me really excited to check out it's sequel. Excitement that wouldn't last very long past the the first few minutes of Ties That Bind. Out of all the games I have covered on this show, this may very well be the most surprising! I have spent at least 20 hours on this game, in the last couple of days alone. I'm not sure what perfect storm lead to this, but I have fallen face first into a world of 2d action RPGs and a fake MMORPG feel. So what could have possibly eaten up this much of my time?
