Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Heroic. My tutorial BCM282 used one particular corner for merging but there are lots of others you can use, throughout the level. Here I show some examples and also have more fun, including a fair bit of rocketing. You can merge bodies in other levels too (including Flood) but I'm just dealing with AOTCR here.
Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Heroic. Various extra covies can be added to a mob battle set-up (on PAL Xbox at least), but the easiest to add is a gold Elite. Here's a demo, along with two plays of the resulting save. If you have NTSC/PC, I think you can still get him down but you'll need to slow his fall with Banshee cushioning, so he doesn't die.

Halo, level 2 ('Halo') on Legendary. Following up on the last movie, here's an alternative checkpointing strategy which allows you to take more time positioning the hog (you can also eliminate the music if you want). There's also some fun, including my new hobby of plasma zapping! Incidentally, you can also use this checkpointing strategy for a hog zapping save.

Halo, various levels and difficulties. After quite a gap since the last 'freakiness and fun' compilation to build up more material, I bring you compilation 14 showing 18 freaky or amusing incidents, most of which occurred while recording footage for my usual movies.

Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Heroic. Here's a short tutorial on getting a lower checkpoint for your mob battle, letting you get into the action faster. It's something I cottoned on to when nearing completion of another movie (coming next), so it made sense to do this tutorial first. Gratuitous carnage included!

Halo, various levels and difficulties. Here's my 17th 'freakiness and fun' compilation, showing 18 freaky or amusing incidents, most of which occurred while recording footage for my usual movies - so you may recognize some of the situations.

Halo, level 4 ('The Silent Cartographer') on Legendary. This Jackal is out of his usual territory. He'd been guarding the active camo near the bottom of the main facility, but had dived off that small raised area due to a grenade I threw from below. Later on I got a checkpoint nearby, making it convenient to play about with amusing ways of killing him, to then blend into a movie. Watch out for some fun with rockets especially - I worked hard on some tricks!

Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Heroic. Here's a movie on playing 'Shark' at the first bridge, an activity in which you skim along under the lower deck to make covies dive off. There are various ways you can set it up, but here I show the most direct way with a Banshee grab, and then show a whole lot of fun.

Halo, level 2 ('Halo') on Heroic. I've occasionally witnessed an empty Banshee with engine still running, and once also a Wraith, but this may be the first time I've had a driverless Warthog with such an anomaly. See how I tried to fix it, in this edited comedy adventure which starts just after I noticed the issue.

Halo, level 10 ('The Maw') on Easy. Just before I get to some exploration with a snatched Banshee, here's a movie on maximizing your flight time. That isn't critical of course, but the drive is good fun and I put quite a bit of work into speeding mine up, so I wanted to cover the topic. In this demo on PAL Xbox I end up with 3:50 left on the countdown, which I think must be close to the limit of what can be done. On NTSC/PC you can do significantly better. The countdown starts several seconds later, and I think the hog goes a touch faster too.
