FairVote Washington representatives Stoney Bird, Chris Mason, and Kit Muehlman provide a technical overview of proportional ranked-choice voting to the Officers of the U.S. Transhumanist Party. This is a supplementary session to the USTP Virtual Enlightenment Salon of November 14, 2021, where guests from FairVote Washington discussed the mechanisms, benefits, and current uses of ranked-choice voting (RCV), as well as their efforts to implement it in Washington State.
