.stl files and some poorly drawn explanations (upscale .stl's by 1%, i drew them compensating for my printers weirdness):

Well, it's a spot welder.
Main materials used are
5 layer plywood (9mm thick) for the case
Oak wood (42x42x300mm)for the arms
Aluminium plates for the switch, fuse and mains
Steel plate (42x42x5mm) for the electrode holder
Steel rod (Ø16mm with hole of 8mm) for the electrode holder
Electrodes are Ø6mm, inserted into Ø8mm tubes which are then connected to the cable, all made of copper.
As i mention, the copper for the electrodes are salvaged from CPU coolers, but it would be better to use actual copper rods and make them 1 piece instead of the 4-5 they currently are.
Transformer and electronics apart from the fuse, are salvaged from a microwave oven.

So, as i said, i skipped two episodes, i just couldn't live with the voice audio quality.
Basically, ripped the mic off my headset and transplanted the mic from an old one :P seems to work.
Anyhow, summarized what i made in said 2 episodes pretty well, i think, if you have any questions, shoot :)
