It was directed by Chuck Russell. The film was nominated for the Academy Award for Sound Effects Editing in 1996, but lost to The Ghost and the Darkness. Arnold is John Kruger, a U.S. Marshal who works for the Federal Witness Security Protection Program. He is assigned to protect Lee (Williams), who has found out that her company is selling prototype Electronic Pulse guns (aka Railguns) to terrorists. Unfortunately, Kruger must also deal with people inside his own company who are working for the bad guys.
