On their website, Fox News ran an article that proclaimed in the headline that Hunter had received a $250,000 payment from "Beijing" that was listed under Joe Biden's home address. On the surface, that looks like a pretty damning statement. But when you look at the article, they actually debunked any conspiracies that the headline created by saying that the payments were from Hunter's business partners and he was living in the family home at the time, so there was literally nothing suspicious about the payment or address at all. Fox News continues in the article to say, as part of the investigation, house Oversight Committee, chairman James Comer, subpoenaed financial records related to a specific bank account and received records of two wires originating from Beijing and linked to B H R Partners. B H R Partners is a joint venture between Hunter Biden's, Rosemont, Seneca, and Chinese investment firm. Bohi Capital B H R Partners is a Beijing backed private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited. Hunter Biden reportedly sat on the board of directors of B H R Partners. The first wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden dated July 26th, 2019, was for $10,000 from an individual named Mrs. Wang Zhh. There is a Miss Wang Jin listed on the website for B h R partners. It, it's unclear if the wire came from that Wang Zh. See how it's already starting to unravel? There's more. The second wire transfer sent to a Hunter Biden dated August 2nd, 2019, was for $250,000 from Liang Jing, also known as Jonathan Lee, the c e o of b h r Partners that Hunter Biden sat on the board of, uh, the committee is trying to identify Ling's role. The beneficiary for the wires is listed as Robert Hunter Biden with the address. I'm not gonna read the actual address. I don't want you to know. President Biden's private address, blah, blah blah. In Wilmington, Delaware, that address is the main resident for President Biden. So most of it's already fallen apart, right? But they still got the money going to President Biden's home. And James Comer gave quotes for this and he said, bank records don't lie, but President Joe Biden does Comer told Fox News Digital because comer's, you know, kind of driving the piece here. But again, the payments themselves, right? It came from Beijing. Well, it it came from Beijing, not from Beijing, but from the area, the vicinity, because it was a payment to Hunter Biden for his work on the board of B H R partners. He is still out there talking to potential witnesses about Donald Trump's fundraising activities with his Save America Pac, specifically the money that Donald Trump raised, sending out these emails and, you know, calls for support to his supporters saying, you need to gi give me money so that I can go out and challenge these election results. And as we know, Donald Trump never spent a dime of any of that money filing, any lawsuits actually challenging the election results. I mean, that's verifiable. So why is Jack Smith going this route? Could he be looking at possibly hitting Donald Trump with financial fraud charges for lying to his supporters about what he's actually raising money for? That happens to be what former F B I, assistant director FKA Fig Liuzzi thinks. And he says, when you raise millions based on a fraudulent claim, you've committed a crime and you just might have to give those millions back Special counsel's still scrutinizing fi finances of Trump's pack. If we were talking about a regular financial crime, you know, like Donald Trump's out there raising money for a business that turns out to not exist, that's 100% fraud. But we're not talking about a business, we're talking about campaign finance, which is effectively the wild wild west here in the United States with very few laws and regulations. So he was raising money for his super PAC by sending out messages to his supporters saying, give me money so I can fight the election. Alright? That's, that's again verifiable fact. He didn't spend any of that money fighting the electoral, uh, the election results. That's another verifiable fact, right? We don't need the special prosecutor for that. That's a pretty quick look. We know that those things happened, it's been widely reported ever since then. However, what's different between a candidate saying, give me money to fight election, and then not fighting the election theft, versus a candidate who says, Hey, I'm running for office. Donate money to me because I'm going to outlaw abortion. And people say, oh, okay. He is gonna outlaw abortion. I give him money, and then they go to Washington DC and they don't outlaw abortion. Would that be considered fraud? No, it wouldn't. And it is because of that very analogy there that I think this is a dead end. Was it unethical? Was it immoral? A Hundred percent. Should it be considered a crime that Trump did that? A hundred percent. Is it something you could prosecute him for? Absolutely not.
