Everyone gets it eventually and it can affect any joint in your body. You can have it in your toes, ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck, elbows, wrist and fingers. Osteoarthritis doesn’t necessarily always cause pain. However if you have inflammation in your joints most likely you will feel pain as well. What causes inflammation and what can you do to prevent it? 1- Eating inflammatory foods.
