Been more than a month since I ordered it. So far, no side effects na kagaya ng mga instant coffee dito sa Philippines and kahit yung mga galing sa ibang bansa. But this is imported and I think it's originally from Egypt. I was looking for cheaper price ng Nescafe Gold (P319 yung 100g nila) sa online shop versus Puregold pero halos same price lang. I am into buying foods/drinks na nasa glass jar with cover so I can recycle it and I don't like plastic containers anymore. Nadikit kasi ang smell kahit ilang beses iwash and prone din sa stain. My 1000 jump rope challenge gave me an amazing result even if I was only able to complete 5 Days. I had to rest because I have a posterior tibial tendonitis (inflamed tendon on the left foot). Here I share with you lessons I've learned when doing the 1000 jump rope challenge which should be for 7 days. And also some tips on how to lose weight fast in that period naturally. Note: I also installed lenoleum or floor covering on 3 rooms after the workout wherein I didn't wear socks on the first day. I sit (Indian sit) on the floor while fixing the arrangement of the floor covering and putting wood glue and so on. And upon further investigation, the concrete flooring at the garage is not that even (not obvious). That put a lot of stress/strain on my left foot (non dominant side of my body). Have fun watching.
