天天平甩功 • Daily Pingshuai Gong Practice (Denny K Miu) My 88 year old mother has been suffering from insomnia, mainly from her blood pressure medicine. She is my most loyal student, always coming to class before everyone else. But apparently not enough. So in addition to my daily classes which typically are in the morning, I am starting a new nightly session with her (8:30 pm PST) where we will practice in silence a popular QiGong exercise for 30 minutes to help her sleep and to lower her blood pressure, which is called Ping Shuai Gong (平甩功) meaning Swing Arm Exercise.
