I'm not entirely sure what happened. my guess would be either brake failure due to overusage coming down, or simply rolling off to let the other car pass. The reason i lean more towards brakes is due to how he pulled out and appears to be in the trees a little bit. I did NOT stop to check which i feel terribly about now.
