Mazar-e-Quaid is the Mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam (The Great Leader) Muhammad Ali Jinnah (December 25, 1876-September 11, 1948) the founder of Pakistan. Located in the heart of city on M A Jinnah Road, Karachi the mausoleum was completed in 1960'sThe mausoleum of Mohammad Ali Jinnah (Dec 25 1876- Sep 11 1948) was build several years after his death, and is centrally located in the city of Karachi on top of a small hill. He was an Indian-Muslim politician & the leader of the "All India Muslim League" who went on to found Pakistan & served as its first Governor General. The Pakistani people lovingly refer to him as "Quaid-e-Azam" (Great Leader). After every 20 minutes there is a ceremonial position shift of the honor guard, and every 4 hours changing of the guard.
