Has everyone just been copying this? I watched every episode to find out. Before Superman, Before Batman, before One Punch Man, before My Hero Academia, before manga, comic books, & anime as we know it, there was a laughing skeleton that stood for justice, and he may be the most historic superhero of all time. In this video Kenny Lauderdale (me), breaks down the entire anime history of Golden Bat, from the Series to the movies, to his multiple pieces of lost media. I might have gone a bit overboard with this one, but Golden bat influences anime so much it's kind of crazy. Known as Fantomas, Fantaman, fantasmagorico, ogon bat, ougon bat, & a bunch of other names; this superhero series might have the record for Anime Firsts. First manga? Kinda. First SUBTITLED manga? Yeah probably. Even Steven Universe's Lapis Lzuli takes inspiration from this series (or maybe it's a coincidence, argue about it). He pioneered manga with kamishibai, & anime might not even exist without him, not in the same form anyway. He might even be the first tokusatsu character, & the first rider if the rumors of his 50s film are true. Japan's first super hero is here, & he's a laughing skeleton wearing a cape.

Imagine waiting an entire year for your favorite thing to post something new. In this video I review & Discuss The Spirit of Wonder. Spirit of wonder is a manga by Japanese artist Kenji Tsuruta. Often called the slowest artist of all time, his works are characterized by their detailed art & ornate backgrounds. Also there's science involved, real monster movie stuff. Things get big, or things get small, but there's always a theme of outer space & looking up at the stars. All the footage in the video was ripped from VHS tapes through VHS decode, so you might say I'm a bit of a scientist myself. I also talk about wandering emanon & the emanon manga.

PRETTY sure this is the only time any human being has ever discussed this anime in the history of mankind. That said doing a recap on something is like this is taxing on the mind. Some may say discussing something with absolutely no merit whatsoever is a waste of time, but infinity goes on forever, and this was going to happen one way or another. In between1 and nothingness the bad anime review for my steady is a witch was inevitable. So what's it about? Is it a good anime or a bad anime? What kind of anime is it? Well....it's an anime. It just sort of exists, and it's very weird in ways I can't fully describe. The company that made it went out business immediately after and never made ANYTHING else, so it's entirely possible this was some kind of money laundering scheme or something. I'm not even joking, it's really spooky.

Is it just really rare? Was it cancelled? Could it be this is just so unpopular nobody's bothered to look into it? Thought to be lost, I cover an anime nobody's seen clips of, or even screenshots of in 30 years. Kenny lauderdale takes a look at a sukeban anime so rare that even a single clip of it has never surfaced online. Found anime is rare, so we're lucky this wasn't forgotten forever. I also cover the circumstances surrounding this delinquent series & it's relation to sukeban deka & other 80s anime of the time. Less of an anime review & more of a series overview & look into this piece of lost media. Lost media anime doesn't come along often, but when it does it's time to celebrate. Unlike saki sanobashi this actually exists & got found.

Set on “Austral,” a mysterious island which appears from the deep sea of the South Pacific, the story depicts battles involving a thirteen-year old boy named Yu Tagami, who lands on the island, and his friendship with a mysterious robot called “Giant Gorg” as they embark on adventure. Together, they search for treasure hidden on the island. However, GAIL, a large international corporation, hinders Yu and Gorg in their search of Austral. unstoppable

We can argue about who was responsible for this all day long, but the fact is we all let this happen. You were there, I was there, this anime exists & we can't go back. You know those generic shows that play in the background of other shows? That's what this is but worse. Kenny lauderdale breaks down this legendarily bad anime & talks about the history surrounding the worst anime ever made, Twinkle Nora Rock me. I also cover the special on the other side of the laserdisc. This anime ova should not even exist, but here it is in all it's bad animation glory. For those that say 80's anime is better, you now have the perfect example for the exact opposite with this anime review. Is it the worst anime of all time? Some think so. Terrible animation can sometimes elevate something to art...this is not one of those cases. It has this dance, I can't point it out in the description, but it's not 60fps, or 24 fps, it's no joke, two seconds a frame. Nora will rock you so hard it'll be impossible to even reanimate it. Serious contender for worst anime of all time.

Space family carlvinson is a slice of life anime about family, & mark's doga kobo's first OVA. Kenny lauderdale also breaks down the manga series & it's connections to modern anime. Less of an anime review & more of a series overview & look into a comedy anime you should probably watch. Basically the Cutest Anime Ever made. I wish it got a full series. It's so relaxing.
