George Kermode wreck dive GoPro Hero3 Black edition
Diving the George Kermode wreck off Philip Island Victoria, Australia. Max depth 22m vis about 8m water temp 15c.
All Filmed with a GoPro Hero3 Black edition camera in 2.7k30, pt on, cam raw WB.
Using the hero3 test filters by Snake River Prototyping, 5-30 sec CYD and GR filter from then on. Also used 2x L&M Sola 500 lights at times inside the wreck sometimes with no filter but many times using both GR and lights combined all on the SRP tray. Most of the video would be 18-22m depth as the site is pretty much all at one level and I think the camera has done quite well considering the poor vis and depth here.
Basic grading and WB adjusted in GoPro cineform studio, finished in Premiere Pro cs6

Test flight with my new Gimbal from Xpro Heli, overall it does ok but I am not too happy with the vibration mount as it has too much give and causes the entire mount to shake at speed or when windy. Also the lack of hardware balance adjustabilty makes the small version nowhere near as adjustable as the larger gimbal they make.
Here it is about 15-30kmh winds flown in GPS and ATTI modes total weight 1350g with 2700mah storm 30c battery, filmed with GoPro hero3 black plus (focus mod adjusted) graded in GoPro studio.
Stabilized with yt to see how software stabilization will deal with the few shakes Im still getting from the mount.

A full flight late at night with a hero3 black in 2.7k30, not the ideal camera in complete darkness but it wasn't completely unusable even though it was very dark outside of any lighting.
Here I did a light grade in cineform and reduced some noise with neat video just playing around with FPV in the dark. I may have created a few UFO sightings along the way as people would have been wondering what it was flying around.
