Kerbal Space Program 16- Bob and Valentine wave hello,then things happen, LetsPlay, Playthrough
Valentine rides up a new test vehicle to do a close rendezvous with Bob and gives him a big wave as they pass by. Then things start happening, then more things start happening.
Bob is not stranded in space any more he is safely on the ground.
Starting out the Career mode, no quick saving, with minimal gameplay changing mods except listed below to show the game as play from standard installation.
This is intended to show how a new player has to go through this game testing and working out how to overcome the various issues.
Join me trying top work out space science and stuff.

Recent updates have made changes to the custom jet engines so using the prefab hulls for jets and prop plane I will have a look at what performance and efficency to expect from the various propulsion options and does the small jet engine fit inbetween the huge jet and large custom jet engine.

With so many patches that have changed the campaign a lot requiring work from the faction vehicle modellers and also myself as a player the campaign has slowed to a halt.
My idea is to do some builds ready to go into the campaign but should I change and go back a version to continue the fight in the campaign or wait until it all gets fixed.
Personally I want to wait and continue with all the new toys and goodies working but what do you think ?

The new misisle system has changed the detection ranges of missiles and health of the various missile gauges.
This episode is a look at how LAM's Interceptor Missiles and Flak cannons can handle the new missiles.
My main take from this is that detection ranges are the primary issue and small missiles are the most difficult to intercept.

Recent update to 2.4.1 has added a few big changes plus some new blocks.
New Ai system and a circuit board system are potentially the biggest changes to the game recently that may
require a lot of reworking of designs.
Expanding the block shapes for Lead and Rubber is a good addition I have been hoping for myself for some time.
