Previously, Heorot carried out Treasures of Aht Urhgan Mission 4: "Knight of Gold" in Al Zahbi, Aht Urhgan Mission 5: "Confessions of Royalty" in San d'Oria, and Aht Urhgan Mission 6: "Easterly Winds" in Jeuno. He must continue as a mercenary in Aht Urhgan so he can infiltrate the Empire for the Middle Lands. Now, he will continue with Aht Urhgan Mission 7: "Westerly Winds" in Al Zahbi.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Al Zahbi. He exits to the Aht Urhgan Whitegate.
Aht Urhgan Whitegate (time 1:08):
A scene takes place as Heorot enters the Shararat Teahouse at K-12. He meets Gessho the Yagudo. There is definitely some imperial intrigue going on. Heorot acquires the Raillefal's Note temporary key item and an Imperial Silver Piece.
In Salaheem's Sentinels, Heorot talks to Naja Salaheem at I-10. A cutscene takes place. Boy, she has a temper. Even so, Heorot earns another Imperial Silver Piece. Aht Urhgan Mission 7: "Westerly Winds" complete!
Aht Urhgan Mission 8: "A Mercenary Life" begins. Heorot must talk to Salaheem again, but he will have to zone out and return first.

Previously, the party began the Agurani Village substory and carried out Quests 094 - 096. During the scenes, they met Sage Broggen again, as well as the ambitious Runana. In the process, they also explored more of the Mogarim Highway and Gatara Region areas. Now, they will carry out the rest of the Agurani Village substory.
Agurani Village (time 0:28):
The party resumes in the church in Agurani Village.
In the inn at C-2/C-3 on the upper level of town, the party enters the guest room for a scene with Sage Broggen. The unfortunate man is missing something, and Runana is responsible. Broggen issues Quest 097: "Take the Sage's Hand", the fourth Agurani Village substory quest. The next destination is in the Rani Cavern north of town in the Raniakka Fault Zone.
The party exits north at E-1 to the Raniakka Fault Zone.
Raniakka Fault Zone (time 6:21):
The party gains control at G-7 in the southeast. They make their way north and go through the first tunnel they reach. Then, they turn west.
At F-5, the party enters the Rani Cavern (ラニ大洞穴).
Rani Cavern (time 7:17):
The party starts at H-6/H-7 in the southeast of the cave. They explore the area on their way to the Demon Beast's Lair at the end.
At F-4, a black chest contains Mini Medal #128, counting the 20 Heorot has exchanged so far.
At B-3/B-4, a black chest contains a Gold Nugget (ゴールドストーン).
After setting up for a boss battle, the party enters the Demon Beast's Lair (魔獣のナワ張り) at A-4/A-5. A cutscene with Broggen takes place. They meet another Byblos.
After the scene, it is boss time against the Demonic Beast Byblos (魔獣ビュブロス). Byblos can only act once per round, fortunately. Its critical attack deals a ton of damage. It can damage the entire party with Lightning and Demon Beast's Flash. It can also absorb HP from a single party member with Soul Absorption. Fortunately, it does not seem to use Disruptive Wave, so the party can buff to their hearts' content.
At the end of the battle, the Demonic Beast Byblos provides a base of 20,000 experience points.
After the battle, a scene with Broggen, Broggen's Staff, Runana, and her cronies takes place. The next objective is to report to Broggen in the inn in Agurani.

Raniakka Fault Zone (time 27:12):
The party Zooms to Agurani Village.
Agurani Village (time 27:27):
The party enters the inn at C-2/C-3 on the upper level of town. They get some rest.
The party enters the inn's guest room for a scene with Sage Broggen. Broggen speaks more about Leon Byblo and the Byblos. He also speaks of Horta, Runana's late father. Quest 097 complete! The party earns 2 Gold Nuggets (ゴールドストーン).
The party enters the inn's guest room for another scene with Sage Broggen. Brogen issues Quest 098: "Father and Child", the fifth Agurani Village substory quest. The next destination is Zag Cave in the southeast of Zagban Hills, which is west of the Raniakka Fault Zone.
The party leaves the inn and Zooms to the Axe Altar in the Raniakka Fault Zone.
Raniakka Fault Zone (time 32:49):
The party arrives at the Axe Altar at D-4. They go to the west of the zone. At A-5, they exit to Zagban Hills (ザグバン丘陵).
Zagban Hills (time 34:21):
The party starts at G-2 in the northeast of the zone. Note that even though this area is next to the Raniakka Fault Zone, it is by no means a starting area. The party explores the eastern side of the area on their way to Zag Cave in the southeast. They will explore the western side later.
On the ledge at F-3, a black chest contains Mini Medal #129.
In a dead end at G-6, a black chest contains a chunk of Densinium (ヘビーメタル).
The party enters the cave at F-7. At H-8 in the cave, they open a black chest for a phial of Magic Water (まほうのせいすい).
During their preparations for the upcoming boss battle, Fura and Raguas set up with one-handed Wands. They will be using the Snap, Crackle, Poof ability to immunize the party against paralysis.
The party enters Zag Cave (ザアグの洞門) at H-8.

Previously, after some fun and mayhem in the sun in Costa del Sol, the party returned to Johnny's Seaside Inn for some well-needed shuteye. In the morning, Chapter 7: "Those Left Behind" began as Yuffie joined the party. They wrapped up the minigames currently available in Costa del Sol and earned some goodies, including a Silver Collar for Red XIII and an orb of Time Materia. Now, they will begin exploring the Corel Region and gathering World Intel on their way to Mt. Corel.

Previously, Heorot did some leveling as White Mage in Cape Teriggan and reached Level 76. In this video, he will do some more leveling as Black Mage in Cape Teriggan.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. In his delivery box, he receives gil for three Plutons, two Riftborn Boulders, and two stacks of Wind Crystals that sold at auction. Many thanks to the buyers! Heorot changes his main job to Level 74 Black Mage and his support job to White Mage.
Afterwards, he heads out to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:36):
Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Cape Teriggan, Vollbow.
Cape Teriggan (time 3:11):
Heorot arrives at the Vollbow Region Outpost at G-8. After summoning his Trust NPCs, he uses the nearby Field Manual to accept the Page 5 Individual Training to defeat 4 Sand Cockatrices and 5 Greater Manticores per training regime.
Sand Cockatrices and Greater Manticores can be found in the unmapped northwestern portion of the zone.
During the hunt, Heorot suffers the most ignominious fate of all: a disconnect while pulling a Sand Cockatrice. By the time he logs on again, the Sand Cockatrice has defeated him on the server. Heorot chooses to return to his Home Point, only to have a second disconnect. What a pain in the gluteus maximus. At this point, I decided to restart my cable modem and router.
Bastok Markets (time 42:47):
When Heorot logs in for the third time, he has been returned to Bastok Markets. After preparing, he teleports to Home Point #1 in Cape Teriggan, Vollbow.
Cape Teriggan (time 43:45):
Heorot arrives at Home Point #1 at F-5. After summoning his Trust NPCs, he continues hunting Sand Cockatrices and Greater Manticores.
In the course of training, Heorot reaches Black Mage Level 76.
When he has finished, Heorot Warps to Bastok Markets.
Bastok Markets (time 1:00:46):
Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Voucher to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11.
Then, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:02:17):
At the auction house, Heorot puts a stack of Wind Crystals, a stack of Earth Crystals, three Plutons, and two Riftborn Boulders up for sale.
Then, Heorot enters the residential area.
Mog House (time 1:04:44):
Heorot signs off. Next time, he will continue grinding.

Previously, Heorot did some leveling as Black Mage in Dangruf Wadi and reached Level 93. In this video, he will go to Dangruf Wadi for more grinding as White Mage.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. Heorot puts an item away in his Mog Safe. He changes his main job to Level 92 White Mage with Black Mage as support job.
Afterwards, he heads out to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:19):
Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Dangruf Wadi, Gustaberg.
Dangruf Wadi (time 2:06):
Heorot arrives at K-10. With the Grounds Tome nearby, he signs up for the Page 5 individual training to defeat 4 Witchetty Grubs and 2 Goblin Headsmen per training regime.
He can find these enemies fairly easily northeast and west of I-8. The Goblins, of course, are aggressive. The Witchetty Grubs are not, but they do link, so be careful.
During the grinding, Heorot reaches White Mage Level 93.
When he has finished, he Warps back to Bastok Markets.
Bastok Markets (time 1:02:22):
Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Voucher to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11.
Then, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:03:46):
Heorot checks the status of his items at the auction house, but none have sold.

Previously, the party carried out Cammuravi's hero quest "A Twist of Fate". They helped guide Cammuravi and others from Colony Omega to the City. Then, they found Ethel, who had been released from her growth module. For completing this quest, they earned Cammuravi as a Hero, and Taion inherited his class, Seraph. Then, they explored Piula Path and Ladras Way in Captocorn Peak, Aetia Region, and defeated the Stonehoof Torphan. They wrapped up with some more grinding on Daedal Isle.
Now, the party will carry out the hero quest "Inhumanity", also available in the upper part of the Aetia Region. This quest has several prerequisites: "Charity and Hypocrisy" in Colony 4, "Tactical Eradication" in Colony 4, "Imminent Illusion" during the story in High Maktha Wildwood, "Severed Connection" in Colony 4, and "Writer's Block" in the City. The party has already done all these. The final prerequisite, "The Illusion Returns", is upcoming.
The party resumes at the Colony Omega Camp in Captocorn Peak, Aetia Region. They skip travel to Gava Junction west of the colony. They follow the southwestern path downhill.
When they reach the quest event, a cutscene takes place. The standard quest "The Illusion Returns" begins.
Upon regaining control, the party must defeat three Level 52 Mysterious Raiders. The foes seem resistant to Side Break.
A scene takes place after the battle. "The Illusion Returns" complete! Also, the hero quest "Inhumanity" begins.
The party skip continues southwest and enters a cave to the west. They discover the Nocclia Mire landmark.
The party skip travels to the Remembrance Stones in the City. They go to the Medical Facility in the southeast and talk to Hollis for some dialogue.
Next, the party goes to the Caelum Residential Quarter in the south. In the residential building, they talk to the Doctor's Aide for a cutscene.
Afterwards, the party examines the door for a cutscene sequence. Sena goes in and meets No. 7. The girl tells her about Colony 0. However, the interview rattles her. The party learns the info "No. 7".
The party goes to the City Camp and discusses "No. 7".
Then, they skip travel to Colony Lambda, Pentelas Region. They talk to the Lambda Soldier at the Commissary for some dialogue. They obtain the Snow-White Mythrice.
The party skip travels to the Serene Square in the City. Downstairs in Michiba Canteen, they examine the kitchen for a cutscene. They obtain the Onigiri.
Next, they return to the Caelum Residential Quarter. They examine the door to No. 7's room for another cutscene sequence. Sena comes up with a new name for the girl.
The party talks to Segiri for another cutscene. They receive a hard-to-refuse request.
The party talks to Segiri again for yet another scene. They give her the order to take them to Colony 0.
Then, the party skip travels to the Nocclia Mire in Captocorn Peak, Aetia Region. To the northeast, they examine Segiri's Ferron suit for another cutscene. Segiri temporarily joins the party. The party gains Segiri's traversal skill, Hazard Neutralization. They will no longer take terrain damage from poisonous surfaces.
The party goes southwest into Nocclia Mire. They find a Container on an island in the north of the mire.
Southwest of the mire, they enter Colony 0 for a cutscene with Consul F. Well, this is a weird situation.
Afterwards, they discover Colony 0. They chat with Segiri's comrades. When they approach No. 4, a cutscene takes place. Well, this isn't good.
Then, it is boss time against the Colony 0 Battlegroup. There are four Ferron Units led by No. 7. The party should take out the four Ferron Units before focusing on No. 7.
After the battle, more scenes take place with Segiri and Consul F. "Inhumanity" complete! Colony 0 is liberated. Segiri joins the party as a Hero. Sena inherits her class, Machine Assassin, an Attacker role. The party learns the info "Colony 0's Future".
The party turns in Collectopaedia Cards for No. 6, No. 3, and No. 9 of Colony 0. Their Colony 0 affinity reaches level 2.
After they chat with Segiri's friends, they turn in a Collectopaedia Card for No. 10.
The party saves. Next time, they may unlock the Hero in Expansion Pass Vol. 2.

Previously, Heorot carried out the quest "Dormant Powers Dislodged" and raised his level limit to 95. He also did "Mean Machine" and got a Scroll of Warp. He switched his allegiance back to Bastok. He has maxed out his fame in Bastok, San d'Oria, and Windurst. Now, he will work on quests to obtain three Teleport scrolls.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He heads out.
Bastok Mines (time 0:50):
Heorot teleports to northern Windurst Waters.
Windurst Waters (time 1:10):
At the Culinarians' Guild, Heorot sells his La Theine Cabbages to Kopopo. Maybe someone else can make use of them.
Upstairs in the Rarab Tail Hostelry, Heorot talks to Gantineux at F-10. This starts the quest "Acting in Good Faith". Gantineux gives Heorot the Spirit Incense temporary key item. Heorot must go to Eldieme Necropolis and use the Spirit Incense on a brazier with a flame that wavers. It may be one of four braziers on the lower level of the necropolis.
Heorot resets his current home point. Then, he teleports to Port Windurst.
Port Windurst (time 5:20):
Heorot uses the Survival Guide at B-5 to teleport to the Eldieme Necropolis, Norvallen.
Eldieme Necropolis (time 6:08):
The brazier that Heorot needs may be one of four braziers on the lower level. They are all close to an entrance from Batallia Downs.
Starting on the upper floor, Heorot takes out an Earth Elemental for an easy Earth Cluster.
At G-8, Heorot drops down the trap floor to L-10 on the second map.
One possible brasier is at M-6 on the second map. However, it is not the correct one in this case.
At N-6, Heorot exits to Batallia Downs.
Batallia Downs (time 14:09):
Heorot emerges in the barrow at I-7.
To the southwest, Heorot enters the Eldieme Necropolis in the barrow at H-8.
Eldieme Necropolis (time 15:37):
He arrives at J-9 on the second map.
Another of the possible braziers is at I-10 where the corridor enters a large open area. This is the correct one. When he examines the ??? spot, he holds the Spirit Incense over the flame. Nothing happens, but this is normal.
Heorot Warps back to northern Windurst Waters.
Windurst Waters (time 17:25):
He reports to Gantineux at F-10 upstairs in the Rarab Tail Hostelry. Gantineux gives Heorot the Gantineux's Letter temporary key item to take to Eperdur at the San d'Oria Cathedral.
Heorot teleports to Northern San d'Oria.
Northern San d'Oria (time 19:21):
Heorot updates his current home point.
On the second floor of the Cathedral, Heorot talks to Eperdur at M-7. Eperdur rewards him with a Scroll of Teleport-Mea. "Acting in Good Faith" complete!

Previously, the party carried out Quest 133, the third equipment bag expansion quest. This increased their equipment bag capacity to a total of 400 items. Then, they carried out Quest 034 to unlock Salon Felicia. They also carried out Quests 035 and 036 to unlock a couple of hair colour options. Now, the party will continue carrying out Salon quests.
Glen (time 0:28):
The party resumes in the church in Glen Castle Town. They go outside and Zoom to the Cliff Village in the Sunset Grassland.
Sunset Grassland (time 3:24):
In the Cliff Village, the party talks to red-haired Shizuku by the weapon shop at C-7. Shizuku issues Quest 037: "Fascinating Adult Colour". The prerequisite is to have completed Quest 034 and unlocked the Salon. The objective is to defeat Treevils in the Cursed Land to the west to acquire the Enchanted Grapes.
The party Zooms to the Cursed Land - Foot of the Dark Tree destination.
Cursed Land (time 5:24):
Near the Foot of the Dark Tree, the party begins hunting Treevils (ウドラー) around C-5/D-5. After a few battles, they acquire the Enchanted Grapes (魅惑のぶどう) key item. The next objective is to report to Shizuku in the Cliff Village.
The party Zooms back to the Cliff Village in the Sunset Grassland.
Sunset Grassland (time 11:28):
The party reports to Shizuku at C-7 in the Cliff Village and turns in the Enchanted Grapes. Quest 037 complete! The hair colour "Devil Wine" (デビルワイン) is added to Salon Felicia. The party earns an Urubea Silver Coin (ウルベア銀貨).
The party Zooms to the Merchants' Tents in West Gobul Desert.
West Gobul Desert (time 13:32):
In the Merchants' Tents, the party talks to Mimilna at D-5. Mimilna issues Quest 038: "Hot Berry Colour". The objective is to defeat Cureslimes in the Boronus Lava Flow to acquire the Ginger Strawberry.
The party exits west at A-4 to the Boronus Lava Flow.
Boronus Lava Flow (time 15:46):
The party hunts Cureslimes (ベホマスライム) around C-5/C-6 in the southwest of the area. After a few battles, they acquire the Ginger Strawberry (ようがんイチゴ) key item. The next objective is to report to Mimilna at the Merchants' Tents.
The party Zooms back to the Merchants' Tents in West Gobul Desert.
West Gobul Desert (time 20:06):
The party reports to Mimilna at D-5 in the Merchants' Tents and turns in the Ginger Strawberry. Quest 038 complete! The hair colour "Strawberry" (ストロベリー) is added to the Salon. The party earns an Urubea Silver Coin (ウルベア銀貨).
The party Zooms to the Cove Settlement in the Gilzad Region.
Gilzad Region (time 22:16):
At D-4/E-4 in the Cove Settlement, the party talks to Baron, a grey-haired human man with a mustache. Baron issues Quest 039: "A Gentleman's Taste". The objective is to defeat Hell Conductors in the Togas Rocky Road to the west to acquire the Men's Cologne.
To the west, the party enters the Togas Rocky Road at A-4/A-5.
Togas Rocky Road (time 24:57):
In the Togas Rocky Road, the party hunts Hell Conductors (ヘルコンダクター), which appear throughout the cave. After a few battles, they acquire the Men's Cologne (男のコロン) key item. The next objective is to report to Baron at the Cove Settlement.
The party exits east at H-3 to the Gilzad Region.
Gilzad Region (time 27:48):
The party Zooms to the Cove Settlement.
At D-4/E-4, they report to Baron and turn in the Men's Cologne. Quest 039 complete! The hair colour "Dark Grey" (ダークグレー) is added to the Salon. The party earns an Urubea Silver Coin (ウルベア銀貨).
Next, the party Zooms to Pippi's Inn in the East Orfea Region.
East Orfea Region (time 30:07):
In Pippi's Inn, the party talks to Mama Ponna at H-5. Mama Ponna issues Quest 040: "I Decide to be Sexy ♪". The objective is to defeat Invisible Swordsmen in the Sage's Lair in the Popora Region to acquire the Night Whisper.

We are currently grinding in previous tales in preparation for The Crystals. Previously, Edward and Harley began leveling in Edward's Tale. Edward and Harley are at Level 22. The three Guards are at Level 19.
Overworld:
The party resumes outside the town of Baron. They continue running around and hunting monsters.
Harley reaches Level 23.
Edward reaches Level 23.
Guard A, Guard B, and Guard C reach Level 20. As I was expecting, this is their level cap.
Harley reaches Level 24.
Edward reaches Level 24.
Harley reaches Level 25.
Edward reaches Level 25.
The party enters the town of Baron.
Baron (time 55:58):
They stock up at the sundries shop and get some rest at the inn. Then, they leave town.
Overworld (time 57:30):
The party saves. Next time, they will continue leveling in the Baron region.
