What a song! Tuning is Eb Standard
This song has such beautiful melodies and harmonies. It's easy to see why Evile is such and underrated band. Very much influenced by their guitar heroes, but standing strong on it's own non the less.
There is not a single good tab out there for this song and all the guitar parts for it are incorrectly tabbed on all forums, so I did what I usually would do, and tabbed it out myself. I had a longer task of tabbing this song than I did recording and learning it. I watched all the live footage I could find to see find out exactly what Matt and Ol is playing in those beautiful guitar harmonies.
I also used my very old ( almost 16 years now) acoustic guitar I bought way back at a local Argus in London when I was visiting there in my early years.

More from the Black album. This song is actually pretty awesome to jam along to but I have to admit that this is definitely not my favorite song off the black album. Non the less it has some pretty awesome riffs in it and the solo is just so wild and weird.
I played the intro lead and assisting parts using an octave pedal as it sounded way better and much closer to the original recording than just playing it the normal way. The lead is pretty awesome to play and although it sounds weird when you here it on the original recording, it actually flows very well. The wah pedal sounds like it was put on a loop going back and forth at a steady pace. I am very pleased with he outcome of this cover. Once again there aren't many correct tabs out there for this song and I've notice that most tabs have the chorus riffs and the tail ends of the verse riff incorrect. I did what I do well and used my old man ears to figure out what was going on. Think I managed to get it right.

What an amazing song to cover. This one felt like all the track 4's on the albums up to Justice combined. From the very sad intro, to the clean verses and heavy chorus parts up to the fast bridges and shredding solos, this one has it all.
I had a hard time playing this one straight through and had probably over 20-30 takes of each rhythm and lead guitar parts. Needless to say this one was a killer to cover. I also pushed myself to get this one done within a one week period, as I've never really played this one before until now. Yet again, Metallica proofs their ability to song writing and musicianship. They truly are the masters in their art.
A few mistakes was made here and there, but after the 20th take, I had to choose the best ones. These covers are always played live and to get the feeling and timing and emotional parts through to the audience is always a crazy task to achieve.
Hope you guys enjoy this one
