I have been barefoot for 10 months and it's been an incredible experience. In this video, I am sharing my experience so that you can also start walking barefoot if you want to.
Our feet get so stressed staying stuck in shoes for long hours. It also loses its mobility. Being barefoot is essential for holistic healthy living so that our feet can keep all its mobility and strength.
I also share the benefits that I get out of walking barefoot.
To me now I love being barefoot. It makes me feel centred, balanced and in synch with energies and enviornment around me.
Every mental and physical problem that we go through in life is a result of whats going on inside us. Around 3 years back I went through a very dark phase of my life. Through certain practices I came on the other side of the tunnel, I am truly grateful for the darkness that I faced because it gave me this immense inner strength I never had before. If you are going through a tough time in your life this video is to tell you that its possible to be consistently truly completely content and stable. I have been eating raw vegan food for 5 months now (with a little bit of an exception here and there). Since I have changed to raw vegan diet I have been feeling very alive, healthy and vibrant. It has changed my body and mind completely. Its truly said- You are what you eat and its great to be bananas and apples. Fruits and Vegetables are full of nutrition and bio- photons. A healthy body full of bio photons and nutrition feels automatically connected with everything around.
