What a week, Unemployment down below 8%? Wow right? Don't get to excited it is all rigged. Check out http://www.thecontrariantrader.com/ Fine, so Obama gets destroyed in the debates and as I mentioned to members of The Contrarian Trader Obama was going to manipulate non farm payrolls to drop below 8% before the elections. Frankly, even I am in shock at how overtly corrupt they were but what else is new. We have many new trades to review this week and I am looking forward to a correction in the US Stock Market ahead of the New Year. So, let's get to it. Fist stocks is Ceragon Networks symbol CRNT which we are looking to get long of. Moodys we are looking to sell short. Advanced Micro Devices and Zynga we have been looking to buy for several weeks now after having our stop loss orders triggered a few weeks ago. Amazon.com is another name we are looking to sell short after having profited from a swing trade last week. Education Management symbol (EDMC). My guess is that the stock market continues to limp higher on ever declining volume and then we see a correction which Goldman Sacks says good be as high as 200 points down on the S&P 500. I rarely quote the thugs and Goldman Sachs but when they call for a correction in Q4 either they have rotated out of stocks and made their year already and will look to hammer the market short with some high frequency trades. Remember that 70 to 80% of all bids in the stock market are algorithmic trades which disappear when selling pressure rises.
