Brand new pole setup I decided to test out and play with lighting options while breaking in the newest boots too ;) Working on retraining myself with pole, getting my pole dancer body back as well as my splits after my leg/muscle injury. Felt good just to turn on music, lights and dance! My therapy! *Had to do some editing music wise due to copyright restrictions causing the original video to be blocked. * ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7eD1I9NlRe0

Quality is poor, the first song is kinda dark...the 2nd one though has a little more light.
This one is dedicated to my Mom who is the biggest Bon Jovi fan in the world lol =)
She hasn't been able to see much of my poling, so this way she can enjoy good music and get a better look at what it is her daughter has been going on about for 2 years hehe.

Part One:
I decided I'd do a little playing on the poles at the studio after teaching my private lesson.
The quality isn't great, just used my Kodak camera not my HD Web Cam. Was a little dark so I lightened it a tad as well.
Might be a little repetitive as I was a little tired from all the fun and excitement at the lesson hehe.

Doing a little warm up and dance after getting back from the Midwest Pole Dance Competition in Chicago.
So inspired by all the talented ladies there!! I just had to dance my heart out.
So happy to be able to use spin mode and inverts again too! hehe
Enjoy! xo

Recorded today (dec. 8th, 2010), decided to try doing a little working out.
Getting a little more strength back and a lil more flexible.
Still not where I was *shrugs*
Guess I need to be patient and stop trying to over do it. =/
P.S. Just realized this was also on my 2 year pole anniversary!!

I had such an awesome time during my workshops with the ladies of Indy Pole Fitness/Indy Pole Dancers! I hope to visit them all again in the near future.
This is my sloppy/tired dance after workshops. Unfortunately drained from no sleep and the trip to Indianapolis, but it was so worth it to work with those ladies!!
Sorry about the crappy quality, had to try and lighten it some as well.

Practice, practice, practice! Just dancing, having fun & doing some practice.
Did a couple new moves that you'll see at the end of the video.
The Cradle & Split Grip Cradle (No Hands). Honestly that is a move
I didn't think I'd ever get but it just came to me and clicked!
Also, did a variation of the shouldermount by walking into it & used
a different grip. I saw Wendy Traskos do it and thought it looked sweet.
