Rough 1982 Dover Traditional Hydraulic Elevator at Pinnacle (Knoxville, TN)
These elevators are in rough condition and low on oil. I probably filmed these at the time they were likely re-doing the cab interiors. TK has done some add ons, like the Fire Service Panel and the MAD BP Call Panel on the first floor. These could use some help. Although, I do like how bell happy these are.

This is yet another elevator I haven't filmed since 2020 for whatever reason.
This is a rather basic but cool Early 1990's Otis Series 1. Its a bit slow for being the only elevator for public use (and I think in general), but it's scenic as well. The view of the creek is rather interesting! Also, fuck that annoying ass fan!

I thought there would be an Older Dover here, but it turns out there was a ThyssenDover from 2001. I debated about filming this, but filmed it anyway. I don't regret filming it since it had an epic motor! Besides that, there isn't too much to add, basic but charming. This place is near Interstate 77.

Here's one of the more well known elevators of Downtown Knoxville! This thing received a partial mod for the COP as it has Armor "GAL" (that's what I'm nicknaming these) buttons! Despite that, everything else is original. I love those Dover GAL Black Button Call Stations and especially those Wedge Floor/Arrow Indicators! This thing runs pretty well for its age too! Sadly all of the others Floors besides 5 and M are locked, but at least we can go to the top floor! Definitely worth checking out.

This is interesting, but generic Kone with Innovation. I find it weird they went Hydraulic with this elevator since every other elevator in this huge place is Traction. This is likely original to the old building before it became Harrah's.
FUN FACT: Elevators in Cherokee, NC, are not listed on the NC Elevator Records. They have their own record system, which makes determining things like install dates hard.

At first, you would expect more 13 Floor Reg Impulses like the previous place. Then you realize the inside has been fully redone by Cavinder Elevator. Why the bait & switch? I have no idea...
This mod seems rather pointless, but it could likely mean the older cabs were likely not holding up well compared to Sunrise Pointe right next to it (owned by the same people) or they just wanted to lock off the floors (which could have been done with the older cabs). Unfortunately, the mod restricts all floors besides the garage, and the left side elevator (not filmed) is 100% restricted, which is kinda stupid since the original Impulses next door aren't locked off. It is still weird to see much newer Impulses from 2004 modded but not next door, which those are from 2002.
While this mod doesn't make any sense to me, Cavinder's modern mods are definitely more unique and interesting compared to the Cheap Crap done by the Big 4 Companies. Definitely feels like a mod from another location! From the distance traveled, it runs perfectly smooth.

Also known as Shoppes on Little Creek.
TJElevatorFan filmed this almost 12 years ago (when March comes), how is it doing now? Well, besides the Arrow missing on the 1st Floor Call Panel and the Dover Buzz being disabled, this is almost exactly how it was back then! The elevator is unsuaully dark, but that and the basic wooden cab design with the carpet kinda provides a cozy feeling. It runs pretty well too.
