At first, you would expect more 13 Floor Reg Impulses like the previous place. Then you realize the inside has been fully redone by Cavinder Elevator. Why the bait & switch? I have no idea... This mod seems rather pointless, but it could likely mean the older cabs were likely not holding up well compared to Sunrise Pointe right next to it (owned by the same people) or they just wanted to lock off the floors (which could have been done with the older cabs). Unfortunately, the mod restricts all floors besides the garage, and the left side elevator (not filmed) is 100% restricted, which is kinda stupid since the original Impulses next door aren't locked off. It is still weird to see much newer Impulses from 2004 modded but not next door, which those are from 2002. While this mod doesn't make any sense to me, Cavinder's modern mods are definitely more unique and interesting compared to the Cheap Crap done by the Big 4 Companies. Definitely feels like a mod from another location! From the distance traveled, it runs perfectly smooth.
