FAT PARTY Satyricon walkthrough 1986 (Pat Baum video credits) Napalm Beach
Compare to Tone Loc 1989 video "Funky Cold Medina" https://youtu.be/tWLgSaAayDA?t=2m49s (2:49 - 3:22)

Pat Baum (Neoboys, K Records) dated this movie 1988 but Chris said it' was made in 1986 or 87. Chris' memory of dates is good. Baum may have post-dated it 1988 maybe as a message of sorts. I think Baum (who now lives in Mexico) and Tom Robinson et al were working on behalf of K Records, Evergreen College, and the political (D.C. / Bohemian Grove), sex trafficking, and entertainment industry mind control systems to which they are all linked.

The song in the background is Napalm Beach (Untouchables) "Why Do Parties Have To End" recorded in 1981 by Greg Sage (Wipers - also probably working on behalf of K Records / Washington D.C. / S.F. Bay Area / L.A.)
