I wonderful film that i encourage everyone to watch, however there is a some very misleading ideas that the film suggests about the nature of a plant based diet, that must be recognized if true health is sought by the viewer. Going Vegan is probably the most important step one can take in their diet. That's a good first step. but processed vegan food, vegan meat replacement foods, a minimal to non-existent fruit diet, these are not going to take one to their optimal health potential.
