Interval training consists of bursts of high intensity exercise with short rests throughout.
This video is timed within the time of one hit round, so no need to set a timer or count reps. To reap the full benefits of high interval intensive training you should complete 3-5 rounds with 3 minute breaks in between rounds.

This is my go-to especially when I'm craving ramen ! Carrots are high in nutrients so you'll feel pretty full after this delicious low carb dish.
#90DS UPDATE: Day 20 of 90 day shred I am down 5lbs without only one cardio session a week!
Dishes like these help me to have high nutrient carbs with low calories so I am still in a deficit without feeling hungry all of the time.

Want a fuller booty?
These are some exercises I found very useful in building my glutes, which gives me that full booty look that I prefer.
I would always lose my butt on a shred and literally felt like I had to choose between abs or the butt that I liked...
Until, I learned about the different leg muscle, and trust me there are quite a lot.

This workout was a doozy! My abs were sore for a week after filming, definitely a great start. Abs can take a whooping so you can train them 3-4 times a week and they're really great with legs because they're connected to the core stabilizers. I love the look of a defined core and that's why I chose to share this workout for my wedding shred first because you have to start at the core!

If you wanted to lift your butt or get more volume, squats and deadlifts are not going to cut it.
They are great exercises, also my favorites, but they just do not hit the muscle group that you want to grow.
In order to grow your butt, you must hit the gluteal muscle group. Here are eight exercises you can incorporate into your regular routine to see some lift in those buns!
Nutrition also goes a long way in muscle growth, therefore, butt growth. You need to have a balanced diet of carbs, fat, and protein.
I recommend oat day and night because they have a ton of health benefits, are cheap, and not hard to find at all.

Another protein sweet treat that's hard to beat!
