#hotel #customerservice #funny It's amazing what you can find when you go through your computer files (or even your physical ones if you are old-school). For the past couple of weeks, I have been rediscovering items I forgot I had - some stories, photos & even a couple of videos.... The photos I may share at another time, but a video I found was something I had to share today. It is super short (for me) & is pretty raw in the footage, even though I edited it a bit to spruce it up....but the experience was definitely very real... Yes, it is the Lost File of the Hotel Series.... Apparently, this took place in early 2019 as I was having another "lovely" morning doing what I did best, dealing with the public in complete & utter awe as usual....frazzled & dazzled of course...
