Get Hyrule Warriors here: http://amzn.to/1uYLcE9 or on the Nintendo eShop
I am excite! I’ve been waiting for this game, well since it was originally announced. The idea of a mash-up between Zelda and Dynasty Warriors was just too perfect a storm to pass up. The Zelda series is and has always been one of my favorites since it’s original gold-cart release back in the mid-80s. I was hooked and I’ve been an unabashed fanboy ever since, easily in my top 3 video game series of all time.

Get Rise of the Tomb Raider here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/391220/
Finally getting to play through Rise of the Tomb Raider! After my warm up with 2013’s Tomb Raider running with the Steam Controller, I’m jumping right in to Rise with nearly the same profile, only minor alterations. The Steam Controller is once again proving to be by far my favorite way to play games. -- Watch live at http://www.twitch.tv/8bitcerberus
Note: If you see a “Media Offline” flash on the screen for a frame that’s apparently a somewhat common issue with DaVinci Resolve where if the hard drive can’t quite keep up for whatever reason (probably because it’s simultaneously being read from, and written to), rather than slowing down the render a bit, it will instead just mark the frame as offline and keep going and that has made it into the final export at least once that I’ve noticed. Keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn’t happen too often because that’s kind of infuriating, and re-rendering would not fix it, may just put the “offline” frames in different places or make the problem worse.

Update for those with annotations turned off: The framerate fluctuations in Metroid Prime during the intro, I did some tests locking Dolphin to 30fps, but that made the game run half-speed. But I did find that bumping frame skipping from 0 to 2 there is almost no drop in framerate. Of course the only problem with that is that it's now actually skipping frames, which while it may keep the fluctuations out during game play, it might not work so well for recording. Actually I'm not at all sure why that particular section is so heavy, because if I turn the frame limit to off, instead of auto, the game jacks up to 120fps... except for that one spot where it drops down to 30. Of course that also makes it run in double-speed so, you know... not ideal.
You can get the Dolphin emulator here: http://dolphin-emu.org/
Games in this video:
0:01:31 - Metroid Prime
0:07:25 - The Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess
0:13:51 - The Legend of Zelda - Skyward Sword
I can't believe I didn't think to do this from the very beginning, but them's the breaks.
All my Wii games, including the ones featured here, were ripped from their original retail discs with a softmodded Wii.
