This was a very productive session. Looking at the 131 kg snatch attempt, I definitely had enough speed on it. I think I just need to do some pulls this next week with weights around there or a little above it to get some more strength with it. I think my jerk struggles with the heavy weights are more technical in nature. I focused on having a faster and my full dip on my last jerk attempt and that helped my technique out a lot. That idea is definitely something I will have to keep in mind for when I practice the jerk. A faster and full dip.
