6 Inspiring Questions to Boost Motivation
Like you, I lose motivation. I throw my books to the ground and shout, “I don’t wanna!”

But nonetheless I have to if I’m going to achieve my goals.

The biggest reason I lose motivation has nothing to do with what’s going on out there, but everything to do with what’s going on in here my head.

When the negative self-doubt talk takes over my internal dialogue, it’s like a bull in a china shop, destabilizing and destroying everything in sight.

Therefore the objective is to get this bull out the door and out of my head. Questions are that door. Bad questions let the bull in and good questions let the bull out.

The best questions for me, are those that make the insurmountable odds of success seem much more manageable and attainable.

Here are 6 inspiring questions to boost motivation and productivity.

HOW CAN I GET 1000 TRUE FANS?

WHAT COULD I HAVE DONE BETTER TODAY?

At the end of the day I often ask myself this question. I should probably ask myself what I did well too, but I digress. This question helps me see where I need to make a few tweaks. For example, yesterday I spent too much time getting sucked into the news before getting started with my work. Today I adjusted course by telling myself that before I even look at my computer I should have a task in mind that I’m ready to work on.

WHAT’S THE OBSTACLE?

My main man Marcus Aurelius once said, “The impediment to action advances action. That which stands in the way becomes the way."

My mind can make the unknown seem so impenetrable. How can I possibly do this!? But when I break down the obstacles, although some will be huge hurdles, it still makes it all feel more manageable.

WHAT IS THE BEST THING TO DO RIGHT NOW?

If I get too caught up in the future I can get overwhelmed by it. Not feeling ready to start.

I just stop the mental chatter and ask this question. And it usually doesn’t take my mind more than a few seconds to come up with an answer.

WHAT COULD GO WRONG IF I DON’T DO THIS?

If I’m procrasti
