We've spent some extensive time with Crackdown 3, and Clownz is writing a review for our website! We discuss on this podcast whether or not the game is a disappointment given how long it was in development, or if it is essentially what we expected given the past Crackdown games. 2.) Anthem got a "pre-release" on EA and Origin Access, and we got our hands on it early! We discuss what we think now that the full game is upon us. Are we more or less likely to buy the game? 3.) Metro Exodus has us impressed graphically, but what about the game play? 4.) Activision/Blizzard has gotten some flak recently for laying off ~800 employees, especially after announcing their best financial reports possibly ever. NOW it appears that they've added ridiculous loot boxes into Call of Duty Black Ops 4. We give our thoughts. 5.) Just Cause 4 developer Avalanche Studios recently updated fans of the game with a blog post about the most recent patch to the game along with what is next in terms of improvements. That said, it appears that they've decided to work on the visuals/lighting/shadows instead of stability and anti-aliasing improvements to visibility. Are developers too focused on looks these days over game play and functionality? Can this relate to how Anthem is being received?
