So today I wanted to make a brief video talking about two subjects. First of all, I wanted to talk about Bakkt and its upcoming release in just a couple of days. Also, I wanted to talk about what the Federal Reserve is doing in the repo market and how it might affect Bitcoin. The most important thing that you have to take away from this type of indiscriminate printing of money is that at some point, the rest of the world will wise up to all of this. At some point, the rest of the world will start asking themselves why are they holding dollars if the US keeps the value in their currency at their expense. Moreover, it is at this point that a potential collapse of the US dollar becomes entirely possible. Also, it is at this point that the real value of Bitcoin and gold will shine. So this is why I believe that Bitcoin will ultimately be one of the best investments and hedges against the recklessness of central banks across the world. Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) has been trading down for the past few months, which has caused investors to panic. Is the Bitcoin dream over? To me, the short answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT. And in this video, I will tell you why. First of all, let's start talking about the recent massive breakdown in Bitcoin. Unfortunately, we have seen that the consolidation pattern everybody has been analyzing lately has sadly broken down. However, this doesn't mean it is the end of the world for Bitcoin. If you look at the chart, it has traded down to what I called "the washout zone." In my view, this price range from 8000 to 8500 coincided very nicely with the Futures Gap that everyone was talking about having to fill it. It also coincides with the start to flow ratio valuation model for Bitcoin today. So in my view, this area should provide strong support for Bitcoin. However, as expected, now that Bitcoin has broken down analysts are touting even lower price targets. As always, this is just a great example of “herd mentality.” Ultimately, the Bullish Bitcoin thesis depends on it being decentralized and its value depending on its scarcity. So if you look at these two variables, over the long-term Bitcoin should head much higher. However, let's remember that Bitcoin is still in its early stages. Right now, it is estimated that only 0.4% of the global population uses Bitcoin. This is similar to what happened to the internet in 1995. However, only 24 years later, now in 2019, 58.8% of the world is on the internet. So if the same were to occur to Bitcoin, then this would mean that by 2043, over 50% of the world population would be using Bitcoin. Also, to be honest at that point, Bitcoin will probably be well over $10.000.000. So let's keep in mind that investing in Bitcoin is a long-term game.
