Destroying the Crazy
At this point the narcissist, Harley Johnstone, had sent my girlfriend and I death threats, he had contacted our families and friends, tried to blackmail us and made countless public videos, posts and comments to harass and defame us. It's clear that he didn't like being exposed and was desperate to make me stop.
Believe it or not, even after everything that had been revealed through my videos, there were *still* people who continued to support him. Toni Jessop, an individual who is in my opinion too old to go under the name 'Vegan Girl' wanted to make it out that I was the problem in this situation. That's the thing when you go up against narcissists, you don't only have to deal with the narcissist, you have to deal with their flying monkeys too.

As you can see in the video I stopped using his name, Harley Johnstone, and instead started to call him 'The Narc'. This way he couldn't cry to YouTube about privacy / harassment / bullying anymore.
Originally his face was blurred too and any text with his name/alias was covered with **The Narc**. Now that I don't have to deal with YouTube's hypocrisy anymore, the uncensored versions are going back up ?
How did Vegan 'Girl' respond to me shutting down her critique? By making up lies about how I supposedly kept messaging her and was keen. These people are so full of themselves! I haven't sent that nasty piece of work one single message ever.
These are the kinds of people we're dealing with. They want to be able to criticize you, but if you don't let them get away with their BS, they respond by making up lies about you.

As you know from my [previous video](lbry://supportingbravery#1434a05cc4df8ba0b8e83d9bfd9601052073c495), I made a fundraiser in support of a young woman who bravely came forward about the sexual predator, Harley Johnstone.
We know from [part 2](lbry://theunmasking-part2-thescamartist#5598a68ca65c652e0d88202713364f855b168593) of **THE UNMASKING**, that Harley has a habit of falsely accusing legitimate fundraisers to be scams. One would've thought he had learned his lesson after [part 2](lbry://theunmasking-part2-thescamartist#5598a68ca65c652e0d88202713364f855b168593). He got some substantial backlash after everyone got to know how horribly he treated Jennifer Faulisi and her fundraiser for cancer treatment.
But no, this is a narcissist we're dealing with after all, once again he created a smear campaign to discredit and damage a fundraiser within the vegan YouTube community.

Even though I made it pretty clear in ending of [part 1](lbry://theunmasking-part1-thenarcissist#828fb3b5683046b498caba8298b280aaead8f3f5), what Harley didn't seem to realize was that I was deliberately provoking him, so he would have a public meltdown that would expose him for who he really is, a malignant narcissist.

This is the fifth and last part of **THE UNMASKING**, the series that got me *banned* from YouTube.
Originally uploaded to YouTube on Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day, June 1st, 2018.
As I showed in the description of my previous video [All Bark, No Bite](lbry://allbarknobite#65d00a23a34dd75528831a7f2191cbf3e7b1da88), my channel was suspended after Harley Johnstone attacked my channel with spam bots, so this video was uploaded to my girlfriend's channel that I re-branded to look like my suspended channel, NorVegan.
As usual, Harley tried to take down the video by filing a false copyright claim:
Surprisingly, this time YouTube let the video stay up!
Oh well, it's too late for that now. I don't want anything to do with YouTube anymore. They're allowing a known scammer, fraud and rapist to severely violate their Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and they're allowing him to continue to use their platform for criminal activity. That's a platform I simply can't support.

This is the second installment of **THE UNMASKING**, the series that got me [*banned*](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT7ZSo4tI0-8Porr233FEjQ) from YouTube.

In this episode I expose how the narcissist, Harley Johnstone, damaged a cancer patient's fundraiser by falsely accusing her of being a scam artist. Jennifer Faulisi had stage 4 breast cancer and desperately needed treatment as soon as possible. She asked the vegan YouTube community for financial assistance and initially received a lot of support, which caused narcissistic injury to Mr. Johnstone.
You see, as was covered in [part 1](lbry://theunmasking-part1-thenarcissist#828fb3b5683046b498caba8298b280aaead8f3f5), Mr. Johnstone is preoccupied with a fantasy that he has made the vegan YouTube community, and that he possesses some kind of ownership over it. In his mind nobody is allowed to ask for money in 'his' community without going through him first. He launched a smear campaign against Jennifer and, unfortunately the donations dried up. She could no longer afford her treatment, and the progress she had made quickly deteriorated. She passed away soon after leaving the treatment center.
Harley Johnstone got [part 1](lbry://theunmasking-part1-thenarcissist#828fb3b5683046b498caba8298b280aaead8f3f5) taken down from YouTube by filing a privacy complaint, so naturally he did the same thing with part 2:
Clearly he didn't like being exposed.
Once again YouTube helped him to cover his tracks:
Let me once again point out the hypocrisy of YouTube. They allowed their platform to be used to damage the fundraiser of a woman in desperate need of financial aid. They allowed her to be slandered even after her death. But a video going through the situation, effectively clearing the woman's name of all those lies is considered "inappropriate content".
How incredibly disrespectful to her family. YouTube is a disgrace.

If the title didn't give it away, this is the video where I expose the narcissist, Harley Johnstone, and his girlfriend, Victoria Barry, as complete scammers and frauds.
In the video I prove how they steal other people's intellectual property, and sell it as their own for a profit. I also show how they buy spam bots to boost the likes and subscribers count for themselves. As I mentioned in the description of my [previous video](lbry://anupdatefromtheyoutubehq#a336106ffd783e11a5ef4d1643ca59faeb1eefdc) this actually got Harley's YouTube channel suspended for "spam and deceptive practices".
As I show in the video, all he had to do was to blame it on his ex-girlfriend to get it back up again. I also show even more evidence of how Harley uses fake accounts to harass others and comment in support of himself, even committing identity theft. On top of that, after Harley realized how bot activity can get a channel suspended, I show how he started to spam other people's channels, especially mine, to get them taken down.
Believe it or not, even though I proved beyond any doubt that Harley Johnstone's eBook consisted of mostly plagiarized material, he actually had the audacity to file a copyright request on the material that is not even his.
But not only that, YouTube actually took the video down and gave me a strike. What?
YouTube does nothing about the criminal who sells stolen material through their platform, but they remove the evidence of it and issue a strike to the channel that put forward the evidence!
Incredible!
This is how YouTube treats smaller channels and protects bigger ones, even when it's proven that the bigger channel severely violates their community guidelines. But the most ridiculous part is that YouTube gives special privileges to a channel that is built on a lie. Grown by buying fake subscribers and likes, Harley Johnstone shouldn't have these privileges in the first place because he only got them by doing what he does best, scamming people and committing fraud.
And to illustrate how irresponsible it is of YouTube to help this criminal to remove the evidence against him, here's a comment from Marte who was featured in the video:
Both Harley Johnstone and Victoria Barry are still promoting and selling their fraudulent eBooks, even after being exposed for stealing the content in them. That says a whole lot about what kind of people they are, doesn't it?
They didn't only steal and sell other people's work as their own for a profit, but after being exposed for it, they're continuing with committing the crime.

In this video I called out the narcissist, Harley Johnstone, for filing a false copyright claim on my previous video [Harley Johnstone + Victoria Barry = Frauds](lbry://harleyjohnstonevictoriabarryfrauds#656449dd052fa50344e321518fa89377eee21bd2). A video that shows how Harley violates other people's copyrighted work for a profit. Despite proving that Harley is violating YouTube's Terms of Service, I was the one who received a strike and had my video taken down.
Harley's response was to file another false copyright claim on this video. Even though there's no content from Harley in the video, YouTube once again took it down and put a second strike on my channel.
Obviously I submitted another counter notification.
As I show in the video, the claimant has 10 days to provide proof of a court action or the video will be reinstated.
Well, 10 days passed from the first counter notification I submitted and nothing happened. I knew that Harley wasn't going to take me to court for content that wasn't even his, so why wasn't my video going back up?
I had two strikes on my channel and I knew Harley was doing everything he could to get my channel down, so I obviously wanted YouTube to process the counter notifications so the strikes could be removed from my channel.
Then I received this email from YouTube:
Okay? So I contacted YouTube support and asked what was going on. After multiple messages they would not give me any specifics other than that I had violated their community guidelines.
I could only assume that Harley had continued to file false copyright complaints on my other videos, so I appealed on that assumption. Well, that couldn't be it because the conclusion they came to was this:
>“We have decided to keep your account suspended based on our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.”
That made absolutely no sense, so I tried to get some more information without much luck.
Then I received this email:
It's in Norwegian, so allow me to translate:

>The following videos have been restored unless you have already deleted them:

I told you Harley wouldn't take me to court for content he has stolen, didn't I? I didn't call the video 'All Bark, No Bite' for no reason!
So they reinstated one of the videos that was the basis of suspending my channel... or so I thought.
Let me explain.
Naturally I contacted YouTube support yet again, and told them how I now have proof that my channel was suspended on false grounds. They reinstated my video after finalizing the review of my counter notification. That means the strikes on my channel were invalid, right?!
Well, not so fast, because then I got this reply:
Thanks Frank! I'd asked YouTube support about five times for specifics on why my channel was suspended only to get no specifics in return.
Now it made sense that my appeal had been rejected, I had based the appeal on copyright violations, or more accurately false claims of copyright violations, but my channel had been suspended for "spam practices".
What's so ridiculous about this is that I had already notified YouTube about Harley spamming my channel with dislike bots and they did nothing, then they suspend my channel for "spam practices". It should be pretty obvious that I'm not spamming my own videos with dislike bots!
Anyway, now that I knew why my channel had been suspended I could make a proper appeal and told Frank that I would do so.
Frank replied and told me that it's not possible to appeal twice:
>“Also, you will not have an option to appeal for the second time as the channel will be reviewed thoroughly in the first instance.”
Reviewed thoroughly? What a joke.
First they refused to give me any specifics on why I got suspended, so I had to make the appeal based on my best guess. Then when they finally let me know the specifics so I could make a proper appeal, they wouldn't let me.
Of course I have no specifics on what kind of spam practices I'm supposedly guilty of, so I can only assume it's the paid dislikes Harley attacked my channel with, as shown in the video [Harley Johnstone + Victoria Barry = Frauds](lbry://harleyjohnstonevictoriabarryfrauds#656449dd052fa50344e321518fa89377eee21bd2). Needless to say, I haven't used any bots or spam practices what so ever.
So I sent Mr. Frank another longer email explaining the situation. Not that I hadn't tried to tell YouTube before, but maybe they would listen this time... It didn't really matter at that point though, as I told my patreons at the time:
>“I've come up with a new plan and I'll follow through with this plan whether my channel goes back up or not.”
The plan was to move over to the decentralized and censorship resistant platform LBRY ;)
You know what Frank did? Just closed the ticket. Can't do much other than laugh about the level of incompetence, especially when the automated email you get when a ticket is closed is this:
>“As a YouTube partner, you're important to us and we'd like to make sure we're meeting your expectations.”
Right.
So that's how I got banned from YouTube. The person who was exposed for severely violating the community guidelines, violated them even more to get the evidence of it removed.

This is the first episode of **THE UNMASKING**, the series that got me [*banned*](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT7ZSo4tI0-8Porr233FEjQ) from YouTube.
This episode was originally [uploaded to YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mf1-88KG4U) June 1st, 2017, on World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day. It was taken down by YouTube based on a privacy complaint.
You see, the person who is being exposed in this series filed a privacy complaint because I showed a death threat he had sent my partner and I via email.
Let me add that the person in question shares his email address to the public all the time, he has it listed in the about section of his YouTube-channel and he's also sharing it in several of his own videos. There's nothing private about his email address.
Despite this person's constant claims about being "fully transparent", he did not want to be so transparent about the death threats he sends people behind the scenes in his attempts to silence them. I guess his efforts of pretending to be a compassionate vegan don't go so well with sending other vegans death threats?
I also want to point out that YouTube thinks it's okay that one of their users sends death threats to others on the platform, they did nothing about it when we notified them about it. It's not okay however, for the receiving end to show this publicly in a video. Interesting logic YouTube operates by, I must say.
But that's why I've moved over LBRY, isn't it?

This was a follow-up video I made to [part 3](lbry://theunmasking-part3-theprojections#1e488eac4cf51b3b77351d6084e6aa1d20116e7d) of **THE UNMASKING**.
In [part 3](lbry://theunmasking-part3-theprojections#1e488eac4cf51b3b77351d6084e6aa1d20116e7d) I exposed how Harley Johnstone projects his own behavior and actions onto others, namely accusing other men his own age of being sexual predators who targets young females in the vegan community.
As a part of that video this young woman came forward about her experience of how Harley treated her after his advances had been rejected multiple times. Before she came forward, Harley had given her a new laptop to keep her silent. It's clear that the laptop was meant as a bribe as he forcefully took it back as soon as her video went live.
I couldn't stand by and watch this 40 year old sexual predator continue to intimidate a teenager, so I did what I could to support her courage in standing up against this malignant narcissist. Unfortunately she's far from the only girl who has had to deal with this abusive person.
>We want to encourage the Vegan YouTube Community to support those of us who are brave enough to speak up against bullies and predators. This fundraiser is a tangible way to show Josi that we admire her courage, and we do not condone the behaviour that she has been subjected to.
>
>Josi has now been without a laptop ever since her last one was forcibly taken from her, under threat of arrest and prosecution. So, as a community we want to right this wrong and provide her with a new laptop.
The fundraiser was a success. We raised $920 USD which converts to over $1100 AUD, so she could buy a similarly priced laptop as the one that was given to her.
To further illustrate how much of a scammer and fraud Harley Johnstone is, he didn't even spend his own money to bribe the girl. He spent other people's money donated to him through his patreon.
Of course, after having forcefully taken back the laptop, he claimed that he had only lent it out, and that the girl refused to give it back to him. He must've forgotten that he posted about _giving_ it to her in a patreon post:
He failed to mention how his 'generosity' was a part of bribing a teenager to stay quiet about him.
