A hungry snail
When I was walking in the forest, I saw this small snail chewing vigorously a death flower. Unlike slugs, they carry their protective shell all the time. Snails are a very old species, scientists found fossils of them and they say they have existed for more than 600 millions of years.
It's nice to see them walking very slow, so I could take many pictures of them. In Gothenburg, they start to appear at the beginning of spring. It's like they are welcoming the flowers season.

I took this photo on my usual forest walks in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg. This plant took my attention because of the little red fruit growing on it. Reflecting on these days, Nature has smart and terrible ways to teach us we are not more powerful than her.
Once I heard: "I wish that future generations could enjoy the kindness of nature; the fresh breeze it offers trying to survive in the face of too much urbanization; the flowers which grow in the tiny gardens; the animals that enrich our planet and they are being hunted by people so poor who all that they have is money. I would like to lock in every mountain, tree, and living being in a great bubble so that nothing and no one can keep damaging them". It is just in our hands :)

Last spring, I took this nice picture. I like yellow flowers because this color is vibrant. It irradiates not only joy but also optimism, warmth, and happiness.
The ancient cultures in South America considered it a sacred color. It meant the shine of the sun for them. Inca people called to the sun 'Inti'; besides, It was their deity.
When they celebrated their ceremonies, they were using golden cups and offerings. They were decorating their Inti temple not only with gold, yellow flowers always accompanied them.

Lagoon-69,-the-turquoise-water-lagoon
This is one of the best pictures I took of the Lagoon 69. Walking until this amazing landscape is very challenging, but it's worth it. I was walking for about 5 or 6 hours at 4500 - 4900 m.a.s.l.
Climbing the path was very hard due to the altitude; however, looking at incredible views are still in my mind. This is part of the Andes, the "Cordillera Blanca" or white mountains located in Huaraz, Peru.

Disconnect yourself from the city is very important. Sometimes, when we feel overwhelmed, breathing pure air and look at the beauty of nature allows us to take the strength to continue in life. I am lucky to live in Peru right now. It is an amazing country with natural landscapes, mountains, lagoons, rivers, and nice people.
Some months ago, I went to Huaraz, a nice town. I took the hiking for a famous lagoon named "Laguna 69". During my walk, I could take this photo. The combination of mountains, green fields, and blue sky relieved my soul. I would like to spend the rest of my days living in this spectacular place with ancient views surrounding me.

Perhaps spiders are not our favorite animals on Earth. However, they are pretty fascinating creatures because they are smart and patient. They weave their spider webs and wait for their prey patiently.
When I took this photo in the forest, I was curious about its web. I read once the resistance of spider webs is comparable to that of steel. It's able to withstand great force before breaking. And that the tiny threads seem so fragile!

In the middle of the arid ground, a little plant didn't want to die. I found it being reborn, it was holding on to life. I didn't have water to give it, but suddenly, the rain came. Its drops caressed the small leaves of my little friend.
As a great blessing, the resin came to give it not only life but also hope. She knew nothing lasts forever. Always there will be a scape to any problem, just we have to keep our spirit high.

I found this graffiti in Värnamo town, Sweden. Although Swedish cities can be very organized, sometimes finding a kind of art is usually common, especially in the suburbs.

Makukis,-my-dirty-dog
He is Makuko, or Makukis, as we call him with love. I like this picture because he seems so shy, innocent and quiet; however, it's not like that. He doesn't like to take showers and he makes a big scandal when we just say "water".
"Makukis" is a nice dog. He likes to join us wherever we go. Due to he is a big dog, some people are afraid of him, but he is a sweet and friendly one. This weekend is his shower time, so it's going to be very hard to do it as usual.
