Loaf Pans: https://amzn.to/2q9kfCn Cupcake Pan: https://amzn.to/2OabeRJ Glass Mixing Bowel Set: https://amzn.to/2XeUIE3 Glass Measuring Bowl with lid: https://amzn.to/2rEC7pj Wisk: https://amzn.to/2O7wJmc Banana/Potato Masher: https://amzn.to/372gjny Pumpkin Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Recipe: 2C Whole Wheat 2C All Purpose Flour 1/2C Flax Meal 4tsp Baking Powder 2tsp Baking Soda 2tsp Cinnamon or Pumpkin Spices 1tsp Sea Salt 2C Mashed Bananas 2C (15oz can) Pumpkin Puree 2C Fine Shredded Zucchini 1C Coconut or Almond Mylk 1C Cane Sugar 1/2C Coconut Oil softened 3 Eggs 1.5C Chopped Walnuts 3/4C Chopped Pumpkin Seeds (some whole for topping) 1C DF Dark Chocolate Chips Preheat oven to 350’F Oil and flour your loaf baking dishes. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in Zucchini, nuts, and chocolate chips. Fill loaf baking dishes 1/2 full. Fill cupcakes 3/4 full. Bake loaf pans for 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Bake cupcake pans for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool on a rack. Once completely cooled, loaves can be wrapped in foil, then cream wrap and frozen to be enjoyed at the holidays. Or enjoy now!
