This "scenic tour" of the technical workings of the acquisition chain (antennae, amplifiers, filters, etc), will help us to understand possible malfunctions of the dependency detectors. So, while we are not directly addressing the failure at Tomsk, we are taking this time to acquaint ourselves with the basic data path for the acquisition. 3 Researchgate articles are presented for general information on related discussions. I do agree that if I had stuck closer to the topic at hand, I could have shortened the time of this video series. 22-3 Jan 2021 _ Observations Of Schumann's Series Of Atmospheric Resonances; Spectrogram behavior associated with earthquake activity. Massive Spikes in Amplitude, Registered at Cumiana, NW Italy. NW Italy station reports tremendous peaks of Amplitude, which registered a vertical frequency of 6000 dB-pEv. Is this possible earthquake activity around Cumiana? Since solar radiance recently has not been outstanding, we look to other causes of the outbursts reported by the Cumiana VLF. This video I explain more about reading the VLF data readings from Cumiana; and the connection with seismic activity and VLF signatures. *** *** *** The following presentation: As we evaluate these bursts, we need to consider some of our operating principles first; of understanding the Schumann Resonances: Guideline #1: understand the local conditions surrounding the detector antenna, at the time of the report. Guideline #2: Schumann detectors have a limited range of sensitivity; outside of which the antenna detectors are unable to register. Guideline #3: Schumann resonances detectors are sensitive electronics, which are subject to local interferences around the machinery. Under normal conditions, the Schumann antenna are able to reliable detect proper signals within 1 KM. Signal's inegrity further than 1KM in distance away from the detector unit, is going to be questionable. Guideline #4: Your results will vary, depending on distance. Look at your local spectrogram, to know what are your local conditions of the EMF resonances. Guideline #5: BEWARE OF LOCAL INTERFERENCES.
