Cherry tomatoes 250 g
1 clove garlic
Bay leaf 1 leaf

HOW TO PREPARE BAKED SEA BASS WITH TOMATOES
To prepare the sea bass in the oven, start by cleaning the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half adjusted with salt and pepper.
Clean the sea bass, after having gutted it, peel it by sliding the upper part of the blade in the opposite direction to the head, then remove all the fins: on the back, side, and ventral.
Add the rosemary pour a pinch of salt on both sides, spread the pan with olive oil, arrange the sea bass with the cherry tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes in the oven. The baked sea bass is ready to be enjoyed.
