2tbsp black peppercorns
2tbsp white peppercorns
3oz distilled, not from plastic, water or rain water
blend peppercorns to fine powder add water
let sit in dark cupboard for 1 day, apply after washing hair, if sensitive scalp no more than 3 times a week or less. keep in until next wash.
I checked on this the next day and I can definitely see some Bubbles and activity in the water which is interesting.

This video is everything I know about cooked starches. I went through a very serious adrenaline detox for about six seven months and it was hell honestly. During this time through my research I found that it was recommended to consume cooked starches as needed, especially when going through these types of detoxifications. Starches are also recommended for athletes.
As a certified nutrition coach I would recommend cooked starches like rice with raw egg for an athlete in the day before and after morning trainings and then rice or potato in the evening before and after afternoon trainings with butter and some honey, then possibly one last starch meal after meet meal a few hours before bed. the purpose of this starch is to provide energy as well as bind toxic hormones stressors and adrenaline.
If you're going through an adrenaline detox you're going to want to consume about a half a cup to cup of a cooked starch every day with a good amount of raw fat like sour cream cream butter. And you also want to take one to two teaspoons of moist clay(sun dried french green or terramin) with raw milk about a cup or so at least three or four hours before you go to bed. also nut formula twice a week not in consecutive days.

as I explained in the video mixing cheese with vegetable juice is that ideal because the juice is alkaline and the cheese is acidic it is not good to mix the alkaline and acidic. sometimes it may be necessary depending on the individual to alleviate indigestion but you try to wait until after vegetable juice before you have cheese. I suggest an alternative of using voice activated clay and vegetable juice to help absorb toxins instead of having to rely on cheese
