As a MOVEMENT SPECIALIST (CSCS/ZHEALTH) I help people:
1. Decrease Joint Pain: restore proper movement patterns to help clients decrease pain (low back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, wrists, ankles etc. ) regain physical freedom and return to the activities they love.
2. Move better: I apply cutting edge pain and performance neurology training to improve strength, mobility, coordination, balance and performance.
3. Improve Body Composition: lower body fat percentage and increase muscle/lean mass.
