recently discovered a mixture that can be made from common household products. It creates a permanent waterproof layer for anything that you want to protect from water.
In this video, I test it on a desktop computer and it worked great!
I poured coffee on it and water while it was running with no ill effects.
I think this method could be used for a lot of applications where you may want to waterproof something.
You could use it to protect clothing, or any type of electronics.
By the way, this method of waterproofing would work well for absolutely nothing. There are no benefits to using this on anything as it doesn't do anything but get it wet.
This is of course an April Fools prank and not intended to be taken seriously. Don't try this it will not work.

I had to put a lift pump on Zephyr, and I thought I would make a video of the process. Hopefully, this helps someone who has this problem with their van.
The 6.5-liter turbo diesel uses a lift pump to bring the fuel from the tank to the injection pump. This is to reduce the strain on the injection pump and prevent it from having to pull a vacuum on the fuel lines. The injection pump (about a $1200 part) Is not built to pull a vacuum through the lines and doing so causes it to work harder and to wear out quicker.
It turns out the code it was throwing was because of cavitation of the fuel in the form of bubbles interfering with the optical sensor in the pump. Now that the lift pump has been replaced the check engine light has not been back on.

I removed the door opening mechanism for the front door and installed a lock. I also built a slide for the chair I bought at a thrift shop. It will now slide up to the dash on the passenger side so a passenger can sit right beside me.

In this video I show how I made an RV windshield cover fit my Skoolie. It is a cover designed to block out the sun from heating up the interior of an RV. I just cut one side of the cover and taped the leftover piece on to cover the long window on the side.
Here is the cover that I bought. https://amzn.to/2U2iz8x
I also announce the opening of my store. I have T-shirts, hats, coffee cups, and tote bags. More to come. Here is a link to the store.

Here is the build video for the antique bluetooth radio. My cell phone mic was having problems and it recorded so low you could barely hear it. I boosted the audio in Imovie but when it got loud enough to hear it was overmodulating. I'm probably going to do a voice over and re upload it.

I have been trying to come up with an idea for the body for the homemade trike. I have thought about corrugated plastic like they use in campaign signs. I think they would be a little too floppy though. I want a lightweight body, as the scooter engine isn't super powerful. Regular fiberglass is just too expensive, so I thought I would try poor man's fiberglass. Normally, you make poor mans fiberglass by using plywood covered with glue and painters cloth, more glue, and paint. The surface would be perfect for this use, but the plywood is just too heavy. I want to try a different material as the base.

My old chain was still holding up but I wanted an upgrade. I installed an o ring chain to prevent mud and sand from wearing it out fast. It should last a lot longer.
I also show a couple more mods I have made.
As it was pointed out by a viewer, I put the new link backward. Not sure what I was thinking because I mentioned the correct positioning in the video. I have since corrected it.
