Hyperlocal Advertising and Marketing
Hyperlocal advertising and marketing is a form of super targeted and niche marketing. For instance, it can be a marketing campaign targeting a specific city and the shoppers within that city. In addition, hyperlocal advertising and marketing is a buzzword gaining prominence because businesses of all sizes are seeing the benefits of local and time-sensitive marketing.
Moreover, small businesses don’t have to worry about spending money on national ad campaigns just to induce incoming traffic. Hyperlocal marketing can even be focused on one block. Targeted, and localized, marketing is less overwhelming. Businesses can focus on a smaller number of shoppers within a very specific area. As a result, the marketing effort is much easier to implement, personalize and measure.
1. Get your Google My Business GMB) Listing - https://www.google.com/business/ Add all your contact data, address and some photos.
2. Get Your Yelp profile. Add all your contact data, address and some photos.
3. Start generating 5-star reviews on GMB and Yelp on a routine basis.
4. Have customers check in and share their photos and successes to their connections.
5. Create partnerships with non-competing businesses, such as nail salons, spas, hair salons, etc.
6. Post more pictures on Instagram with local hashtags included.
7. Build your email database of all past clients, partners and anyone you meet. Send out a weekly email of beauty tips, etc.
8. Update your LinkedIn profile and send out 50 invites per day. Thank those that connect with you.
9. Find business or networking groups or charities to work with.
10.Give your existing clients “new comer” referral cards. Offer some special deal for their first visit.

Best Realtor in Las Vegas NV | http://bestrealestate.vegas/
Call Debbie Perna at (702) 277-1651 or connect with her at https://www.linkedin.com/in/debbie-perna-6791701a/
Looking to move to Las Vegas, NV or maybe Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Anthem, Centennial, or Green Valley?
Debbie's clients include: hotel and casino staff and management, food and beverage employees, military families, firefighters, police officers, teachers, local entertainers, celebrity chef's, (including the Culinary Director for Bobby Flay), local business owners, investors, and even the Inspector General of the United States Air Force. Additionally, they have worked with several prominent Las Vegas real estate attorneys and been called upon multiple times for their market expertise. Their hard work and diligence in representing their clients has made them one of the most trusted, respected and sought after real estate teams in Nevada.
Many people assume that all real estate agents are the same; however, this couldn't be further from the truth. As with any other profession, there are those who have embraced technology while others struggle to keep up with the times. Myers Team owners Bill and Francoise Myers are internet marketing experts. Their homes sell faster and for more money because they know how to effectively reach today's homebuyers. Most of Las Vegas homebuyers come from out of state. How will an open house attract a Buyer from California, New York or Hawaii who's searching online for homes?
As you drive through your neighborhood each weekend, it's normal to see many open house signs. Have you noticed it’s usually the same agents doing open houses week after week? (usually for the same homes) Maybe these homes would sell faster (and for more $$$) if the listing agent knew how to advertise them online. Open houses are a poor marketing strategy because most of people who show up are nosy neighbors.
In real estate, there are essentially two types of agents. An agent who represents the SELLER is referred to as the “Listing Agent.” Listing agents work for the Seller and it’s their job to represent the SELLERS best interests. An agent who represents the BUYER is referred to as the “Buyers Agent.” Buyers agents work for the Buyer and it’s their job to represent the BUYERS best interests.
Listing your home with an agent who spends most of their time working with Buyers can be disastrous for a Seller. If your agent is driving around all day with a car full of people, will they be able to answer the phone if someone calls with questions about YOUR home? Will they be able to remember and explain all the details that makes your home unique? Will they return phone calls and emails in a timely manner?

Simple Content Marketing Ideas for Small Business in 2022
Get my FREE ebook today! https://brandedshareables.com/best-referral-marketing-book/
As a small business owner, you have too much on your plate and not enough time to worry about posting engaging content on social media. It’s hard enough running your business, let alone planning the comprehensive content marketing strategy needed to keep up with your competition and get the attention of new customers online.
Never fear! Here are some quick and easy, real-time, and user-generated content ideas that busy small business owners can post in a pinch.
1. Show off your products and services
2. Gives tips and strategies to the most common questions and problems
3. Generate more positive reviews on Yelp and Google Business Profile
4. Cross-promote your best reviews through social and email
5. Stay in front of your existing and past clients through email and text.
6. Embrace video
7. Become proactive by inspiring more referrals
Part of this is because it’s still so new. Many businesses are still trying to figure out how to make social media work for them. Social media also takes up a lot of time. It’s hard to find enough interesting content to fill up a feed.
That content is what makes social media work. Without the interesting content, engagement drops off. And as engagement falls, so do all the benefits of social media – the traffic, the leads, the followers. It’s a bit of a negative loop.
If you’re having trouble coming up with good content ideas, don’t worry – you’re not alone. Even if you’ve been good about publishing content regularly, most marketers find that simply announcing new blog posts on their feeds is not enough.
Audiences want more. If we want to keep their attention we need to try new stuff and be willing to show who we are.
What is Content Marketing?
Most people hear content marketing and think of blogs, articles, and social media – but it’s more than that!
Content marketing is a long-term marketing technique used to attract, engage, and keep the relationship between business and audience.
Through articles, videos, podcasts, and other material that are relevant.
This framework relies upon expertise, boosts brand recognition, and maintains your business in the fourth spot to purchasing what you sell.
Content marketing has shown to be a successful approach as it offers an edge in terms of competition.
Do you want proves?
Then look at the facts:
According to Content Marketing Institute–
* 47% of purchasers examine 3-5 pieces of content before entering into contact with a sales agent.
* Content marketing companies report growth rates roughly 30% higher than non-using companies.
* 72% of business-to-business (B2B) marketers claim that content marke

How To Increase Sales in Business
Sales are essential for every business model. While a strong sales team can make a big difference in the bottom line, you don’t want to ignore how the rest of your business can increase sales as well. Here are a few ideas (most of them low or zero cost) for driving more sales to help your business grow.
Sales and marketing promotions are a great way to reward your current customers and increase sales. Whether you hold them once a month, once a quarter, or whatever makes sense for you, you want it to be regular.
Once you establish a rhythm with them, clients will start to look forward to them. The more they anticipate interacting with you in the future, the better. Plus, they can let others know about your promotions in advance. These referrals should lead to a larger customer base.
Another proven way to support your bottom line is to focus on converting prospects into clients. Your audience is aware of you and your offerings, but they haven’t signed on yet. Here are a few ways to see that more of them do.
Do a Content Audit
Take a deep dive into your current website, letters, flyers, or other sales materials. Are you focusing on features more than benefits? If so, you’ll want to put the attention on how your product or service will make your customers’ lives easier, cheaper, or happier.
Brush Up on Your Sales Skills
Advertising and outreach can bring in more leads and transform them from cold to warm to hot. When it comes time for conversion, however, you still have to sell to your clients.
You’ve done all the work to get them ready to buy, but that isn’t the finish line. Revisit the sales essentials to make sure you don’t lose prospects in the final stages of the process.
How to Increase Sales through Social Media
As social media platforms continue to expand and multiply, they provide new avenues for reaching and nurturing your audience. Ultimately, that can lead to more sales.
Use Social Media Advertising
Most social media sites know a lot about their users. A lot. You can use that data to help get your message in front of the right eyes with laser precision. If you haven’t already, you’ll want to build a social media marketing campaign and start to test.

A Simple Content Marketing Strategy Template for Small Business
Strategy is all about setting aside the time to plan, concoct and cull ideas, and importantly, ensure your content marketing efforts align with your core business goals. What you’re doing is creating a roadmap into the future.
Setting Content Marketing Goals
That starts with revisiting your company’s overall goals and objectives, as well as your more specific marketing goals. If you don’t have any marketing objectives, that’s okay, but you’ll need to spend some time setting some goals before you go any further.
This is vital because if you aren’t clear on your business and marketing goals, you won’t be able to assess the efficacy of your content marketing strategy.
