Transcript: From my perspective, the reason that our society is declining has less to do with the facts on the ground and more to do with the view that WE WON’T CHANGE. Those who are blind in their patriotism often fail to see the danger until it’s too late. They will reject the clear warnings until the flood is upon them, then they will blame those that tried to warn them. Unfortunately, the rejection of facts and unquestioned patriotism are all too common in our society. It stems from a much deeper issue, namely that we are prideful and arrogant. If you’ve been a regular viewer of this channel, then you probably know that I’m deeply against pride and arrogance. I find them to be the greatest sins of our nation. That doesn’t mean I only look at the bad in America. Even when things look the worst, hope persists. I hope for a better America. I hope for a brighter future. At the same time, I don’t allow my hope to blind me from the reality of our situation. I firmly believe that, if we repent of our selfish ways that God will heal our nation. If we continue to say in our hearts that we aren’t sick, then God will not have mercy on us. He will not heal our nation. This is why I speak so much about the spiritual sickness that’s metastasized our nation. While I may be only one man, I am repenting of my pride and arrogance.
