Agatha is skilled with Ghost and Poison type Pokémon. Her first Gengar will use Substitute to sacrifice HP and avoid opponents’ actions until an attack wears away the Substitute. It will also use Confuse Ray to confuse, Lick to paralyze, then Mega Drain to steal HP. Golbat will combo by using Supersonic then Toxic to badly poison opponents. Haunter will combo by using Hypnosis to put opponents to sleep then use Dream Eater to drain their HP. Arbok will use Glare to paralyze targets then use Wrap to immobilize them for 2-5 turns. The 2nd Gengar knows Psychic that will lower the Special stats of a target. A move like Psychic will easily take out Agatha’s team.

After guiding Mira out of the Wayward Cave, you can battle her at the Battleground’s café. Porygon-Z will use Tri Attack to cause status problems and Dark Pulse to make targets flinch. Gengar will use Sludge Bomb to poison opponents. Magnezone will use Thunder to paralyze opponents and Hyper Beam for even a bigger attack at the requirement of forfeiting a turn. Togekiss will use Air Slash to make opponents flinch, Aura Sphere to strike without fail, and Extremespeed for first strikes. Alakazam will use Calm Mind then Focus Blast for something big against foes that have an advantage against it. You’ll need a good variety of moves for this battle.

The first room contains ninja blade shaped spinners each with 4 platforms on them. Jump off the rope once you find a red ring then get the first Star Coin in the alcove. Turn back left and do wall kicks to find a door. In the secret room, do wall kicks on magnet walls that move on the line. You’ll find the 2nd Star Coin as you explore the secret room. The 3rd room has shaped platforms that spin and will alternate when you hit an orange switch. Go left in the room and ascend with the platforms to find the 3rd Star Coin. Go up the pipe and enter the boss doors. As you battle Bowser Jr. again, he will do a high jump after you attack him. Stomp him 3 times to win.

After dueling with Ashtar, Irene will explain that there is a hidden altar. With no time to spare, Ryu must go, while Robert decides to take Irene with him. The start of the stage has flames, gunners, rushing club men, sneaky scythe ninjas, and bats. Go deeper into the cave and serpents will start shooting fire. As you cross some holes, watch for fireballs lurking. Focus your surroundings as sneaky ball bots will come from the ceiling and flames appear at random spots as well. After escaping the cave, Irene and Robert encounter something. The next area has rushing knife men, serpents, eagles, rock men, and iguanas coming from above at random spots. The altar has the next boss, Kelbeross. These twin statues will move around and release acid bubbles. Defeat both of these statues and Robert will explain that Irene has been taken away again.
