Hello Everyone,
Today we focus on how to go through the incoming energies. While it's for our transformation and inadvertently for our benefit. The response of the physical body, the mind and emotions are easily affected due to the intense sensitivity to the download of Light and of course the big amount of the downloaded Light that we are receiving.
In this session we encourage you to be easy with yourself and take time for yourself. Self-Love is necessary!
The Light Language is Galactic today..one I have not spoken before which seems to have short words and maybe even has a digital shift in it.
However I saw the word "LYRA" blazing in gold whilst doing it.
Claudia got that it is from the Pleiades- a sub language.
The Pendulum confirms it is a dialect of both.

Week 3 of the Tapping Technique Series with Barbara Starke.
Barbara(Barb) Starke returns to the Great Awakening Generator to talk us through a tapping session which is aimed at working on why we resist exercise.
The idea is to teach anyone who wants to learn some quick solutions to overcome resistance to exercising easily.
We often resist doing exercises because they represent something tied to emotions.
In this video we go through words and a tapping technique that addresses resistance to exercise and thought patterns around it.
I am the model here and you will find out that I am quite surprised by the outcome.
Remember that if you feel anything more intense than you can support yourself with , contact Barb or someone who does this kind of work so that you can transform from those deep underlying issues that you may need expert advice and help on .
