This is v2 of the two hearted clone I brewed last year. Somehow, by some sort of divine intervention, I've been blessed with two cans of the original beer all the way from the US via Denmark. Cheers to Alex and the Swedish Postal Service for sorting me out. Go over and check out Alex at https://www.youtube.com/user/RockonBeerBlog/videos ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhEUBw0XS58
Today I'm following a recipe sent via pigeon carrier from Nate over at underthetablebrewing. A true bonafide homebrew hero. Don't know him? You should do.

Also go check out drunkinone, this is twice I've invoked his name in my last few videos so he must be one my mind on a subconscious level. He's touching 200 subs, lets give him a push over the top.

Grain to glass on a beer that I've been wanting to do since I saw Count Drunkula's video a while ago. Go and have a look at his brewday and tasting videos.

Forgot to say also that I got great efficiency on this, 85% on a stovetop batch is crazy. Normally I'm lucky to get anywhere close to 70%.

First one is a sabro and denali pale with chateau blanc wheat malt. The second is a clone of Deuchars IPA. Both lovely.
Please go and subscribe to Andrew, he knows his onions from his, erm scallions.

Will be brewing a fruited gose soon and need to flush some ideas through the system and figure out a plan. I've made a few of these over the years but this one will be slightly different.
Any good ideas or tips on brewing with fruit or a gose then stick them in the comments. Think I'll be brewing this either this weekend coming or the one after.
