Hey, I'm Bubble Tea Kristin! In today's video I will show you How to Cook Mini Tapioca Pearls at Home, also known as Tiny Boba or Little Black Balls. ? In this video you will learn EVERYTHING about those Chewy Black Balls aka Pearls and how to Cook it at home using my award winning Bubble Tea Shop recipe. This video is great for both beginners and experts alike! (for Long Cooking Type - not Quick Cooking Type) Directions: ❤️ 4 Cups Boiling Water (in a pot on the stove or a rice cooker) ❤️ 1/2 Cup Restaurant Quality MINI Tapioca Pearls ❤️ Cook for 15-minutes - stirring halfway through ❤️ Turn off the heat completely and allow everything to rest for an additional 7-minutes. ❤️ Rinse it for 1 minute in a thin sieve with cold water until the water runs clear. ❤️ Let the Pearls soak up the sweet solution about 10-minutes before adding them to you drink. ❤️ Enjoy!
