The Ultimate Brick Material in Substance Designer | Beginner Tutorial
In this tutorial, we create our own brick material from scratch! We cover using the brick generator node to make the base pattern for our material, and then proceed to destroy them for another hour. Just like any other Get Learnt video, really.
In the first of two episodes, we go about creating the interior and exterior bark of a tree and how we can add parameters to swap between either material at our leisure.
It's time to Get Learnt!

In this bonus chapter, we will discover how flexible Substance Designer is by creating an entirely new material using our already created leather from the previous video. This will offer us a great base to continue adding parameters which we can enable and disable dynamically, making it a great way to share customizable materials across an entire team.
