How to tie the Taekwondo Belt. With a few tips to tie it fast and consistant.
While there are varying methods to tying the belt in Taekwondo and Karate, nearly all are performed using a square knot with an emphasis on the ends hanging equally. This specfic method is used in many martial art organizations and is taught throughout those schools.
