In this video I show you some items I picked up from ShapeWays.com in HO scale. Their pretty impressive and the detail is great. I also show the mid build progress of a resin kit GP9 Slug from Maple Leaf Trains.
This modern Walmart Supercenter is a building that can be found in many towns and cities across the nation. A must for the modeler of today’s trains.
The width of this storefront model covers almost 3 feet of the backdrop.
This kit includes all building parts and signs (including a tall street sign).
The parking lot base is not included, as the modeler will make it to fit his layout space.
The kit is milled in white styrene plastic and laser cut in white and clear acrylic; and come with detailed assembly instructions with pictures.

Hi All, in this series of videos I am showing off some of my DCC handy work with installing a ECO-21P Tsunami Econami 21-Pin Decoder. I have also sent out the locomotive and 3 Bombardier cars to a local dealer who is custom painting these for me into the new 3 green Go Transit repaint scheme.

Hi All, I grabbed the latest Walthers kit for something to do over the holidays. This kit was engineered well , with just a small negative in terms of needing to drill out about 1 million holes. It was pretty detailed and should look good once I do get a layout going. Enjoy!

General Motors Diesel (GMD) delivered the first example of what would come to be known as the SW1200RS model to Canadian National in September 1955. As its dieselization progressed, CNR needed a compact, lightweight locomotive to replace steam power on branch lines and other over-the-road assignments (freight and passenger) not requiring a full-fledged mainline road switcher. General Motors’ 1,200-hp SW1200 switcher model, in production since January 1954, combined the right size and muscle, but needed modifications for use out on the road.
The HO Scale Rapido SW1200RS features:
Designed from original blueprints and field measurements
Two different versions: CN and CP
Heavy diecast frame, chassis and gearboxes for superior pulling power
Rapido’s renowned smooth-running drive system
Working number boards and classification lights
Full cab interior with working cab interior light and non-working fridge and fire extinguisher
Working inspection lights and ditch lights (where appropriate)
Separate handrails, including crash bars inside the cab
Four different exhaust stack styles
Three different battery box door styles
Undecorated CN models supplied with three different cabs
With or without working drop steps, as appropriate
Numerous optional parts, including all-weather windows, winterization hatches, watchman’s heater, snow shields, radiator covers, and alternative MU stands
Incredible underbody piping and conduit detail
DC/Silent or DC/DCC/Sound versions featuring an ESU Loksound decoder with accurate recordings
Sound models feature an updated high-fidelity MP3 quality speaker

Hi All, In this video I show you how to wire up a Loksound Direct to replace the factory Kato DCC plug board. This method yields the same results as the Soundtraxx KT1000's but gives you far more sound options as we are using a Loksound decoder.
