These #homemade biscuits are the ones, that melt in your mouth delicious and this #recipe is so easy! __________⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ CLICK FOR RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ _________ Valentine's Biscuits how to Recipe Demo at Home Makes 30 round Biscuits For Home Bakers Chocolate Cookies / biscuits are great for tea time treat Recipe Ingredients: 282g Softened unsalted butter / marg 282g Castor sugar ½ tsp Vanilla extract 141g Egg 565g White SR flour 169g Chocolate Chips Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 190c - 200c fan 2. Put the butter/marg and sugar, vanilla into the bowl of a freestanding mixer with 3 speed, then beat until light. 3. Scrape down and start adding in the egg over 5 mins on 2 speed 4. Scrape down and then add in the flour, choc chips & mix for a further 1 min on 1st speed until clear 5. Put mix on to table, now mould into a round ball and roll out to 4 mm thick, and with 9cm heart cutter, cut them out and put them on to the tray 6. Prepared baking tray with oven paper . 7. Bake on the middle shelf of the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until they are a pale golden colour. 8. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking tray for 50 minutes. 9. Move to a wire rack until completely cold 10. Put the chopped milk chocolate into a heatproof bowl and melt either in the microwave on a low setting or over a pan of barely simmering water (bain-marie). Remove from the heat and stir until smooth 11. Dip one 1/2 of the biscuit into the chocolate and leave to set on baking parchment. Repeat for all of the biscuits. 12. If you like you can now put sweets on top of the chocolate and 100’s & 1000’s. And now for the recipe first you want : 300 grams of milk, 7 grams of salt, 3 grams sugar, 3 grams bread Impover, 14 grams of fresh yeast, 450 grams of bread flour, first we start by adding our flour into our machine bowl, this machine wants to be a 3 speed machine or you can use a bread machine if you like, now add in the rest of the ingredients and the water, I start the machine up on 1st speed for 1 minute, then 5 minutes on 3rd speed, stop and now going to check the dough to see what it's like if it's too soft add in more flour if it's too stiff add in more water, now we will continuously mix this now for the next 5 minutes now the dough is ready,
Place the dough back into an oiled bowl. Cover and leave to rise until double in size about 10 mins - 60 mins or you can put into the fridge until double in size, this can take 6 hours but the flavour of the bread is just the best ever,
Knock back the dough and cut into about 2 pieces then shape as desired.
if you have a ring tin use it or best a small 1lb bread tin
Cover loosely with a large plastic bag or slightly damp tea-towel and leave in a warm place until raised to just below the top of the tin, then egg wash the top leave for about 10mins more
Preheat the oven to 200℃ Bake the rolls for 25 - 35 minutes until risen and golden
Transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving.

How to make Recipe Madeira Cake Demo at Bakery
Please note that the Video my differ from the written recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
175g Softened unsalted butter
175g Castor sugar
175g Egg
200g Self Raising flour
50g ground almond
Grated zest 1 lemon & juice
5g vanilla extract
900g loaf tin or 17cm round cake tin
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 150c
1. Oil & line the base of a 900g loaf tin or a 17cm round cake with greaseproof paper.
2. Put the butter and sugar into the bowl of a freestanding mixer with 3 speed, then beat until light.
3. Scrape down and start adding in the egg over 5 mins on 2 speed then mix on 3 speed for 5 mins
4. Scrape down and then add in the lemon zest and vanilla on 1st speed then add in flour, almonds until you have a thick batter or until clear The batter should be loose enough that it falls off a wooden spoon
5. Put the batter into the tin and smooth over the top. Bake for around 75 mins or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Please note times can very it’s down to the types of ovens and the tins size i.e. small tin may take about 60min large tins about 90min
6 Remove from the oven then leave to cool for 30 mins then remove from the tin, peel away the paper and leave on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
The Cake will keep in an airtight container for five days

Pork & Apple Sausage Rolls how to Recipe Demonstration #2
Makes: 5
Recipe Ingredients:
Flour
2 eggs beaten
170g Sausage meat
1 Pack Pastry ready to go, 3 mm thick
10g chopped apple
Recipe Instructions
1. Puff pastry cut out 4 squares 5in x 5in, and put onto the flat work top
2. Wash the edge of pastry with the egg wash
3. mix onto sausage meat 10g of Chopped apple
4. Roll out the sausage meat into 4 x 5in in length
5. Put the sausage meat & apple mix onto the pastry then turn pastry cover over
6. Put the sausage rolls onto a baking tray with baking paper
7. Wash the tops of the sausages rolls with egg, and then rest for 1 hour
8. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400°F and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
9. Or when golden brown pull out oven and test with a Temperature probe
10. Temperature needs to be above 75 c not less
11. Well done bakers now cool on a Cooling wire
And now you can have a cup of tea well done

Viennese Whirls are a British biscuit consisting of soft butter biscuits piped into a whirl shape, said to be inspired by Austrian pastries, though entirely unrelated. How to Make Rocky Chocolate Mallow Slice Please note that the Video my differ from the written recipe
Makes 20 Slices
Recipe Ingredients for Rocky Base:
360g digestive biscuits
150g butter / marg
45g Syrup
225g Chocolate
To make base
1. First melt down the chocolate, butter, syrup in a microwave for about 2 min
2. Put the digestive biscuits into the bowl, you can do this by hand or with a mixer on 1st speed, roughly break down the digestive biscuits
3. Now add the mixture from microwave into the bowl with digestive biscuits, mix round for about 2 min
4. Scrape down and put on to lined tray, press out and then roll with a rolling pin
5. Put into Fridge
Cream:
How to make Marshmallow Chocolate Cream
Icing Sugar 680g
Hot Water 85g
Butter / Marg 340g
Marshmallows 453g
Chocolate Chip 226g
Please note that the Video my differ from the written recipe
First cream up your butter then add in the icing sugar, Cream together for about 4 min Now warm up the marshmallows and add in the hot water, mix this around until nice and smooth, now add in the Chocolate Chip, mix until smooth. Now over 1 min add into the butter and icing sugar mix, For a light fluffy cream beat for 5 min.
6. Remove base from the fridge, and now spread over with the chocolate Mellow Cream
7. Now let this set for around 2 Hours
8. Add over the top warmed up 300g of chocolate, now let it dry before you cut it up
9. Cut up into 20 slices
