Foreword - "The Water of Life: A Treatise on Urine Therapy" Read by Some Iota
Reposted from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DX3yfsjw40&t=2s. My Comments: This lady has done what I've been meaning to do for years: create an audiobook of John W. Armstrong's "The Water of Life: A Treatise on Urine Therapy" that's read by a human being instead of a computer voice. Back when I found "The Water of Life," the only audiobooks of it were computer voices, but I still listened to the entire reading of it several times, and the book still blew me away. But this reading is an improvement because the lady who calls herself Some Iota has a pleasant voice and does a nice job of reading it.

Please note that I haven't tried this suppement. I think urine therapy is superior to any supplements, but I'm reposting information about alternatives for people who are dead-set against trying urine therapy.

In this interview, Dr. Nakao, who says he's 90 years old, explains why he recommends urine therapy.
A couple of his quotes:
"Teaching about urine therapy is a thankless task."
(So true! Lol! Nobody wants to hear about it.)
"But there is no superior healing method than this."
(I agree!)

My Comments: I am not going to upload Part 3 of her series because I don't believe in going to doctors and getting blood tests. I believe in eating a mostly animal-based diet, practicing urine therapy, doing sungazing and/or sunning (for vitamin D), getting enough sleep, and staying away from doctors.
