the way I've shown in this video is for when it can be a bit chilly and if I go into the hills/mountains I don't take a large knife. but I have included it to show the possibilities, like the extra warm clothing. also I haven't used a waterproof bag for the gear in the main compartment except for the sleeping bag, therefore the rucksack can't be used for a flotation aid if in the unlikely event that you have to cross a river with water over your head. but you could use a bivvi bag on the outside if you had to. #bushcraftskills #bushcraftgear #backpack #knapsack #haversack ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14uDazaILno
