I have made 2 different versions - a short 15-minute version to cater to your available time during the day, and also a longer 60-minute version, ideal to listen to before you sleep.

How to use this series of guided meditation:
- You can watch or listen to the video once or several times a day.
- Try listening to it for a few weeks and monitor the changes in your physical body as well
as your mental and emotional wellbeing. Be open to other positive changes in your life.
- I suggest on your first visit to this video series, that you watch the first seven minutes of
the video as it may help you to visualise the guided meditation more easily.
- They can be used when you're in a relaxed state and able to close your eyes; for
example in the morning before getting out of bed, during a work break, resting in your
car or at night before you sleep. In a relaxed state of mind, the positive affirmations
have a greater influence on your subconscious mind. You can listen to the affirmations
with the volume reduced.
- They can also be played whilst you're doing your daily chores (avoid driving or operating
machinery that requires your full attention if you find the video relaxing). You can listen
to the affirmations and repeat it silently or aloud if you wish.

These guided meditations are aimed to work at the energetic level of your being. Whilst having physical pain and discomfort, you may be using physical modalities such as medications, exercise, the use of supports, lotions and creams to help improve your symptoms but to further enhance your healing, working at the energetic level may complement your journey further to better health.
